摘要： A convertible insulated glove capable of being reconfigured into the form of two separately detachable half sections for the handling and placement of hot or cold objects intended to be worn on a person's hand when joined together, or alternatively used with one or both hands as pot holders when separated to protect the hands from exposure to temperature extremes. Alternatively, an insulated glove that can be partially opened or fully separated to form one or more trivets to protect a surface from a hot or cold object placed therebetween. Further, a convertible insulated glove having additional features rendering it easier to clean and resist the growth of microorganism for improved sanitation and safety with the handling of foods, as well as preventing stains and malodors from developing during use.

摘要： A manufacturing method of a silicone-coated glove, comprises: a knitting step (S100) of forming a glove; a water-repellency treatment solution preparation step (S200) of forming a water-repellency treatment solution by diluting a silicone-containing water-repellent agent for fabrics with water; a water-repellency treatment solution dipping step (S300) of dipping the knitted glove in the water-repellency treatment solution; a water-repellent coating formation step (S400) of forming, on a fabric layer (10) of the glove, a water-repellent coating (20) containing silicone by dehydrating the glove dipped in the water-repellency treatment solution and then drying the glove at 80-180° C.; a dipping step (S500) of forming a silicone coating (30) by dipping the glove having the water-repellent coating (20) in a silicone coating solution; and a drying step of hardening the glove having the silicone coating (30).

The back face (14) includes at least one seam (22,24,26) that defines a corresponding bubble space (32,34,36) overlaying one of the knuckle joints in the hand. Each of the bubble spaces (32,34,36) provides an open area into which a corresponding knuckle joint can extend so as to improve flexibility of a user's hand and minimize fatigue.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a protective glove, which has different polymer layers arranged in a multi-layered polymer composite material. According to the present disclosure, the protective glove contains polyvinyl alcohol and a protective layer on top of this containing a fluorinated elastomer. The combination of various polymers and their arrangement in the polymer composite material achieve a powerful protective action against a multitude of chemical compound classes while simultaneously producing advantageous mechanical properties.

In one embodiment, the glove(s) feature at least one catch between at least two fingers of the glove(s). Preferably, the catch defines a mechanism for rapidly removing and retaining the glove(s). Further disclosed is a system for removing the glove(s) featuring a garment with an attached anchor, such as a carabineer or a hook. In a preferred embodiment, the anchor is positioned in the sternum area of the vest and glove wearer. Operably, a user moves the gloved hand(s) down and over the anchor to place the catch on the anchor so that the continued movement of the user's hands rapidly removes and stores the glove(s) via the anchor.

A layer of silicone is then applied to the leather surface, the silicone penetrating into the material to a predetermined depth, and the resultant assembly is then operated on in a manner to form raised portions and wells in the top and bottom surface of the assembly. The wells in the bottom surface of the assembly are then filled with silicone.
