摘要： Soft surface articles may be treated during manufacture with treatment articles loaded with treatment chemicals while drying the soft surface articles. This eliminates a step of adding the treatment chemicals to a water bath containing the treatment chemicals. Eliminating this step reduces the amount of water used in the manufacture of the soft surface articles and also removes the requirement of having to process a vat of waste water.

摘要： A conveyor driven fabric dyeing machine includes a dyeing tube for improving fabric dyeing effect. The dyeing tube is arranged rearward of or below a nozzle and has an entrance opening and an exit opening and an intermediate section located between and set lower than the entrance opening and the exit opening so as to form height differences at front and rear end parts of the dyeing tube that allows dye liquid to fill up and remain in the dyeing tube. During a course of fabric moving through the dyeing tube, the fabric is allowed to stay and soak in the dye liquid within the dyeing tube to provide an extended period of time of interaction between the fabric and the dye liquid for penetration so as to enhance the result of dyeing.

摘要： A process is described wherein pile yarn is woven with cotton weft and warp yarns to produce terry fabrics, such as towels. The fabric is then washed in warm water to dissolve the PVA fibers. The amount of fibers dissolved, depends upon the count of the yarn or yarns used. By dissolving the PVA fibers, a hollow air space is produced throughout the pile yarn, corresponding to an increase in the air space in the pile yarn. By increasing the air space in the pile yarn, the resulting towels are softer and bulkier than standard cotton towels. The present invention further relates to pile yarn in terry woven fabric (warp yarn), or weft yarn, in the case of flat fabrics.

摘要： An up-inclined conveyor-driving fabric dyeing machine includes a machine body that is arranged in a front-high-and-rear-low up-inclined configuration. A liquid storage tank is mounted to a bottom of a rear end of the machine body to receive dye liquid falling down from a rear end of a dyeing tube. Thus, the amount of the dye liquid used can be greatly reduced. Further, with such an up-inclined configuration of the dyeing machine, the dyeing tube can be arranged in a horizontal or slightly inclined manner to reduce the heights of a fabric guide roller and the conveyor and thus reduce the distance between the fabric guide roller and the conveyor device, thereby reducing the stretching force and tensile force applied to the fabric during the dyeing process.
