摘要： A flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam contains a flame retardant, the foam having a ratio of the maximum peak intensity ratio (P1) of the foam after moist heat treatment of the foam for one week at a temperature of 80° C. and a humidity of 85% to the maximum peak intensity ratio (P2) of the foam before this moist heat treatment of 85% or more (P1/P2×100). The P1 and P2 each refer to the ratio of the maximum peak intensity of 1390 to 1430 cm−1 to the maximum peak intensity of 1500 to 1520 cm−1 when the infrared absorption spectrum is measured at a position 5 to 10 mm from the surface of the foam, and the average intensity of 1900 to 2000 cm−1 is adjusted to zero.

摘要： A method for producing an extruded polystyrene foam in which when a foamable melted product, obtained by heat-melting a styrene resin composition and adding a foaming agent thereto in an extruder provided with a die slit section having an opening a (mm) in the thickness direction, is extrusion-foamed through the die slit section into a low pressure zone to form a plate-shaped foam, thereby obtaining an extruded polystyrene foam having a density of 20 kg/m3 or more and 45 kg/m3 or less, a closed cell ratio of 90% or more, and a thickness A (mm) of 10 mm or more and 150 mm or less, a foaming agent containing hydrofluoroolefin and other organic foaming agent is used, a thickness extension ratio A/a of an opening a in the thickness direction of the die slit section and a thickness A of the extruded polystyrene foam is adjusted to 18 or less, and a foamable melted product, just before the extrusion from the die slit section, is pressurized to 4.5 MPa or more and 10.0 MPa or less.

The special modified expandable polystyrene copolymer particle for the lost foam and a production method therefor of the present invention effectively solve the existing problem of no special EPS for lost foam casting, and have the advantages of reducing the generation of a carbon defect problem during foundry of a casting and increasing the molecular weight.

摘要： Polyurethane composites and methods of preparation are described herein. The methods of making the polyurethane composite can include mixing (1) at least one isocyanate selected from the group consisting of diisocyanates, polyisocyanates, and mixtures thereof, (2) at least one polyol, (3) an inorganic filler, and (4) an evaporative coolant in an extruder to form a mixture. The method also include extruding the mixture into a mold cavity, generating heat in the mold cavity from the reaction of the at least one isocyanate and the at least one polyol, and allowing the evaporative coolant to migrate to an interface between the mixture and the interior mold surface. The temperature of the mixture causes evaporation of the evaporative coolant at the interface thereby removing heat at the interface. Suitable evaporative coolants for use in the methods of making the polyurethane composites include hydrofluorocarbons and hydrochlorofluorocarbons.
