摘要： A process for forming an impact-modified flame retardant polymer fillers, as well as the impact-modified flame retardant polymer filler, are disclosed. A polymer filler is an additive that can be added to a polymer matrix. The polymer filler can be mixed or otherwise incorporated into a polymer to modify the properties of a polymer matrix to create the flame retardant material. The impact-modified flame retardant polymer fillers can include an impact-modified hydroxyapatite filler.

摘要： An organic phosphorus-based compound which satisfies the following requirements (i) to (viii) and is represented by the following formula (1): (i) the organic purity should be not lower than 98%; (ii) the solubility in 20° C. water should be not higher than 0.1 g/100 g of water; (iii) the total halogen component content should be not higher than 1,000 ppm; (iv) the total volatile organic matter content should be not higher than 800 ppm; (v) the Δ pH value should be not larger than 1.0; (vi) the volume standard median diameter should be not larger than 30 μm; (vii) the maximum particle diameter should be not larger than 200 μm; and (viii) the standard deviation represented by the following formula should be not larger than 20 μm. Standard deviation=(d84%+d16%)/2; wherein d84%: particle diameter at a point where the cumulative curve becomes 84% (μm), and d16%: particle diameter at a point where the cumulative curve becomes 16% (μm). In the above formula, R2 and R5 may be the same or different and are each a phenyl group which may have a substituent, naphthyl group which may have a substituent, anthryl group which may have a substituent, or branched or linear alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may have an aromatic substituent. R1, R3, R4 and R6 may be the same or different and are each a hydrogen atom, branched or linear alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, phenyl group which may have a substituent, naphthyl group which may have a substituent, or anthryl group which may have a substituent.

In addition, there is provided a polyurethane foam-forming composition comprising a polyol, a catalyst and the flame retardant liquid solution, or alternatively, polyurethane foam-forming composition comprising an a catalyst and the flame retardant liquid solution, wherein the hydroxyl-functional phosphonate solvent of the general formula (I) functions as a hydroxyl-containing component and/or a flame retardant in the polyurethane foam-forming composition, as well as articles made from either of the polyurethane foam-forming compositions.

摘要： The present invention provides a siloxane-modified cyclotriphosphazene halogen-free flame retardant, and a preparation method and a use thereof. The siloxane-modified cyclotriphosphazene halogen-free flame retardant has the structural formula as shown in Formula I. In the siloxane-modified cyclotriphosphazene halogen-free flame retardant of the present invention, three kinds of structures of siloxane, aryl phosphorus oxygen compound and cyclotriphosphazene are built in one molecular formula, which combines the advantages of three structures, improves the compatibility between the flame retardant and resins, has a high flame retardant efficiency and a better char formation and can greatly increase the flame retardancy and stability of resin cured products.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a highly flame retardant polyurethane spray foam composition. The composition includes 100 parts by weight to 200 parts by weight an isocyanate compound relative to 100 parts by weight of a resin mixture including 46 wt % to 75 wt % of a polyol, 10 wt % to 30 wt % of a blowing agent, and 5 wt % to 30 wt % of an additive, wherein the polyol includes 1 wt % to 10 wt % of a polyether polyol and 45 wt % to 65 wt % of an aromatic polyester polyol, and the aromatic polyester polyol has an average hydroxyl value of 250 mgKOH/g to 380 mgKOH/g.
