摘要： A collision behavior control apparatus which comprises a contacting portion disposed in a portion of the front of a vehicle, and which, at the time of collision against a pedestrian or a two-wheeler with a rider riding thereon, controls the behavior of the pedestrian or the two-wheeler rider by pushing the pedestrian or the two-wheeler rider separated from the two-wheeler with the contacting portion, wherein the pedestrian or the two-wheeler rider is pushed by the contacting portion such that the pedestrian or the two-wheeler rider is not bumped up onto the hood, whereby the pedestrian or the two-wheeler rider is moved to the vehicle side.

摘要： The invention provides a vehicle motion control device capable of realizing optimum avoidance control in the case of an emergency. The vehicle motion control device includes an external environment detection unit for detecting external environment, and a travel state detection unit for detecting a travel state of a driver's vehicle. An obstruction is detected based on the external environment detected by the external environment detection unit, and an environment map indicating obstructions is created. A control device estimates a plurality of possible avoidance actions for avoiding an obstruction based on the environment map and the travel state of the driver's vehicle detected by the travel state detection unit. The control device estimates collision damage according to each avoidance action estimated by the avoidance action estimation unit, and selects an appropriate avoidance action based on the estimated collision damage. The control device controls a vehicle such that the selected avoidance action is carried out.

摘要： In a method for the preparation of crosslinked polyolefin foams by charging a polyolefin or its blend with other thermoplastic resins containing a crosslinking agent, foaming agent and if necessary a filler into the heated mold having a changeable cavity and, after decomposition of the crosslinking and foaming agents, retracting the moving-plate of the mold by a definite distance to increase the cavity and at the same time cooling the mold, an improvement for the preparation of the crosslinked polyolefin foams having excellent appearance and dimensional stability, comprising using a mold of which the moving-plate is constructed with a body and a sliding-piece, the body holding the piece slidably whereby the sliding-piece is left behind owing to sliding between the two even on rapid retraction of the body and then retracts at the rate corresponding to the foaming pressure of the resin, in other words, at a self-controllable rate and the mold for the preparation thereof. Furthermore an improvement using a mold of which the side-plate is constructed with a body and a piece which is freely attachable to or removable from the body, and the mold. And both the sliding-piece and the side-plate piece are exchangeable in order to change the mode of the molded products.

摘要： A silane-modified ethylene copolymer is disclosed, which is prepared by graft copolymerizing from 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a trialkoxyvinyl silane to 100 parts by weight of an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid ester/maleic anhydride copolymer in the presence of a peroxide catalyst. Also, a process for producing a silane-modified ethylene copolymer and an adhesive comprising the copolymer are disclosed. The silane-modified ethylene copolymer of the invention is excellent in not only adhesion to metals, glass, polar high-molecular weight materials, or polyolefins but also maintenance of water-resistant adhesion to glass.
