    • A shift-by-wire control system for an automatic transmission device and a method for the same are provided to form a lock state of an automatic transmission device when electric power is not supplied. A range switching unit switches a shift range of an automatic transmission device between a P-range and other shift range except for the P-range. A parking lock device converts an output shaft of the automatic transmission device to a lock state in combination with the range switching unit in the state of the P-range. The parking lock device converts the output shaft of the automatic transmission device to a lock-release state in combination with the range switching unit in the state of the other shift range. An electric motor operates the range switching unit and the parking lock device in accordance with an instruction of an operator. A manual device(40) transmits manual operation force of an operator to the parking lock device in order to operate the parking lock device in a stopping state of the electric motor. The manual device includes a one-way transmission unit(41,411,412,42) for transmitting the manual operation force in a lock state direction caused by the parking lock device. The one-way transmission unit prohibits the transmission of the manual operation force in a lock-release direction caused by the parking lock device.

    • PURPOSE: A shift-locking device for an automatic transmission is provided to simultaneously execute shift locking and key locking by simplified constitution. CONSTITUTION: A shift-locking device for an automatic transmission comprises a lock cam(10) to which a shift lock cable(50) and a key lock cable(60) are connected; a fitting unit(20) moving forward and backward by receiving the contact force of a brake pedal(70) or the elastic supporting force of a spring; a casing(30) receiving the lock cam and the fitting unit inside; and a shift lock pin(40) moving forward and backward by receiving the contact force of a shift lever or the elastic supporting force of a spring. The fitting unit is compressed or extended by having at least one spring, and the fitting unit makes a fitting protrusion of the lock cam be in a fitting state or a release state according to the on/off state of the brake pedal and to the rotation state of the lock cam. The casing restricts the rotation of the lock cam within a predetermined range of the fitting state and the release state and restricts the fitting unit in a compressed state or extended state. The shift lock cable is interposed in the shift lock pin and the shift lock pin fixes the shift lever at a parking-position or releases the shift lever from the parking-position.

    • The invention relates to a selection device (1) for mechanical clutch-free transmission of gear commands in an automatic gear box of a motor vehicle (shift-by-wire control). Said device comprises at least one housing and/or one frame, a selection lever for the manual selection of gear commands for the gearbox of a motor vehicle in at least one selection channel. The selection lever can be guided by hand into at least 4 positions (P, R, N, D) which are pivotable around at least one selection axis. Said device also includes transmission devices for the transmission of gear commands without mechanical coupling to the gearbox of the motor vehicle and a parking brake which is in the P-position, said parking brake stopping at least one gearbox output shaft. According to the invention, the mechanical coupling (16) between the selection lever (2) and the gearbox is such that the parking brake is automatically and exclusively activated when the selection lever (2) in arranged in the P-position and is automatically disconnected from the selection lever when the selection lever (2) is rotated into the adjacent position.
