The ultrasonic welding device comprises a first member supplier continuously transferring the first member in the horizontal direction at a predetermined interval; a first member loading unit picking up the first member with vacuum suction and loading onto a working stage; a working stage including a jig plate, which is a plate member with a rectangular block form supporting the first and second members from the lower direction, has a member mounting groove to support the first member without movement, on the upper surface, and a heating wire built therein, and a jig plate horizontal transfer means horizontally reciprocating the first member loaded on the jig plate; an ultrasonic welding unit comprising an ultrasonic welder welding the first and second members mounted in a state of being overlapped on the working stage with ultrasound, and a welding booth surrounding the ultrasonic welder, wherein the welding booth is a hexagonal container with an open bottom to cover the ultrasonic welder in the four directions and the upper direction, having the left and right sides partially open with a heat blocking curtain, and a heat blower and a temperature sensor installed therein; a second member loading/unloading unit picking up the second member adhered in a state of being overlapped with the first member in the working stage with vacuum suction to load, and picking up the lamp casing for a vehicle completed to adhere in the ultrasonic welding unit with vacuum suction to unload.

摘要： The present invention provides a fabrication method which promotes adhesion of sheet materials when bonding a plurality of optical sheets into a compound sheet and provides a manufacturing method of optical sheets suitable for liquid crystal display units and the like. A manufacturing method according to one aspect of the present invention includes a lamination step of laminating a plurality of optical sheets; and a bonding step of irradiating at least one or more spots on a laminate of the optical sheets prepared in the lamination step with a laser beam from one side of the laminate and thereby bonding the irradiated spots to obtain a compound optical sheet in which the plurality of optical sheets are integrated. Preferably, the method further includes a step of forming a photothermal conversion layer from a light absorber between the optical sheets to be fused. Incidentally, ultrasonic welding may be used instead of, or in combination with, laser welding.

摘要： The present invention describes a blade assembly for use with side-sealing and lap-sealing machines, which are used to seal thermoplastic film. Briefly, the cutting element is oval in shape, and has its entire outer edge profiled. This provides four distinct cutting surfaces, depending on the mounting orientation of the cutting element in the machine. This cutting element is held against a heating block, and its temperature is continuously monitored by' a temperature sensor. The sensor is spring-loaded to insure solid contact with the cutting element, and thus, accurate temperature measurements. This entire assembly is then encased in insulation. Additionally, the cutting element is mounted on an adjustable platform, which permits vertical adjustments relative to the film. Thus, the specific portion of the cutting element which actually engages the film can be adjusted to improve the cutting quality or further extend the useful life of the cutting element.
