The sensor(100) is used for generating a resonant frequency when receiving a signal having a particular frequency received from the outside. In addition, the sensor is used for generating a shifted signal according to a variation of external temperature or a variation of external pressure. The controller(200) is used for generating the signal having the particular frequency and transmitting the signal having the particular frequency.

    • Objects of the present invention is obtain a steep and large attenuation amount in attenuation bands close to each other out of a band of a TV wave and to provide a filter in which the use number of inductors is reduced thereby to be able to contribute to downsizing of a device. In the present invention, elastic wave resonators of a plurality of parallel arms for each forming a plurality of attenuation band are connected to the same electric potential point in a signal path without aid of an inductor. Otherwise, a series circuit of a plurality of element parts generating series resonance is connected in a signal path as a parallel arm. Therefore, a large attenuation amount can be obtained in each of the plural attenuation bands, but a region equivalent to what is called a zero point exists between adjacent poles. However, there can be obtained a characteristic in which steep attenuations occur in both sides of the zero point even if the zero point exists. Sets of elastic wave resonators (sets of resonators) connected to the same potential points or parallel arms constituted by the series circuits are connected in a signal path in a plurality of stages, and an inductor for inverting a phase intervenes between the stages.

    • PURPOSE: An environmental sensor using an FBAR(Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator) is provided to measure density of high polymer materials by using an adsorbent layer and a heater layer to adsorb and desorb contaminants. CONSTITUTION: An environmental sensor using an FBAR is used for generating a resonant characteristic by vibration due to a piezoelectric characteristic. The environmental sensor using the FBAR includes an adsorbing layer and a heater layer. The adsorbing layer(15) is used for changing a resonant frequency by adsorbing a measuring target. The heater layer(16) is used for separating the target from the adsorbing layer or accelerate the adsorbing reaction. The adsorbing layer is formed on an upper part of the FBAR or a rear side of a support layer(14).

    • PURPOSE: A sensor system using a surface acoustic wave resonator is provided to reduce the power consumption by generating a shifted signal without using an additional power source. CONSTITUTION: A sensor system using a surface acoustic wave resonator includes a signal generator, a sensor, a signal sensor, and a frequency converter. The signal generator(10) is used for generating a reference signal and transmitting the reference signal. The sensor(20) is used for generating a resonant frequency according to the reference signal, shifting the resonant frequency according to a variation of temperature or pressure, and transmitting a shifted signal to the outside. The signal sensor(30) is used for detecting the temperature or the pressure by using a phase difference between the shifted signal and the reference signal. The frequency converter(40) is used for converting the frequency of the reference signal to the frequency of the shifted signal.
