    • An electromagnetic interference preventing component (18) has a high-frequency high-permeability magnetic film in which the real number component (V') of the permeability at a transmission band frequency of an electronic device (10) incorporating the electromagnetic interference preventing component (18) is equal to or greater than 10, the tan H (=V"/V') is equal to or smaller than 0.1, and in which the ferromagnetic resonance frequency (fr) is equal to or greater than 1.5 times the transmission band frequency. The electromagnetic interference preventing component (18) having the high-frequency high-permeability magnetic film as described above is so disposed, in the electronic device (10) having an electromagnetic wave transmitting function, as to selectively reduce the electromagnetic field intensity for the directions in which the electromagnetic waves irradiated by an electromagnetic wave transmitting part such as an antenna (16) or the like are not required.

    • Magnetic thin film for high frequencies (1) simultaneously exhibiting high magnetic permeability and high saturation magnetization can be obtained by a combination of T-L composition layers (5) constituted of T-L (in which T is Fe or FeCo, and L is at least one element selected from among C, B and N) composition with Co base amorphous alloy layers (3) disposed on either major surface of the T-L composition layers (5). Further, magnetic thin film for high frequencies (1) not only simultaneously exhibiting high magnetic permeability and high saturation magnetization but also having high specific resistance can be obtained by disposing, in addition to the T-L composition layers (5) and Co base amorphous alloy layers (3), high resistance layers (7) whose electrical resistance is higher than those of the T-L composition layers (5) and Co base amorphous alloy layers (3).
