    • PURPOSE: A flow rate control apparatus having a mechanical synchronous type opening/closing unit is provided to improve reliability of an article by minimizing a control error of the flow rate control apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A flow rate control apparatus includes a plurality of reservoirs(1a), first opening/closing unit(13), a second opening/closing unit(3) and a control section. The flow rate control apparatus also has a pressure adjusting unit, a damping reservoir, and resistance valves. The reservoirs(1a) are aligned in a row. The first opening/closing unit(13) opens/closes an intake port of the reservoir(1a). The second opening/closing unit(3) opens/closes an exhaust port of the reservoir(1a). The first and second opening/closing units(13,3) are operated by means of a motor.

    • A flow meter employing a weight sensor is provided to measure the amount of oil accurately by measuring the weight of oil excluding gas included in the oil. A flow meter employing a weight sensor comprises a cabinet(100) and a measuring unit(200). The measuring unit measures the weight of oil excluding gas included in the oil. The measuring unit includes an inlet part(210), a storage part(220), a blocking valve, an outlet part(250), a gas removing part(260), a weight sensor(230), a control part(270), and an output part(280) outputting information to the control part. The blocking valve opens and closes an outlet pipe to block discharge of oil. The gas removing part removes gas introduced with the oil. The control part controls the gas removing part and the blocking valve by receiving a signal from the weight sensor.
