    • 본고안은차량의엔진과변속기케이스결합용엔드플레이트에관한것으로, 종래에는운전중결합부위에엔진의진동이심하게공급되면보울트등이느슨하게빠져상기엔드플레이트가실린더블록과변속기케이스에부딪히게되면서소음을증대시키게되고, 심할경우엔드플레이트의결합홀이파손되는문제가있다. 본고안은예시도면도 3 내지도 4와같이, 그일면의내측부(11)를따라방사형상의돌출된비드부(22)가형성된상기엔드플레이트(20)를엔진의실린더블록(2)과변속기케이스(3) 사이에보울트(6) 등으로하여단단히결합시키면상기한엔드플레이트(20)의비드부(22)가변속기케이스(3)에밀착시키는역할을하게된다. 이에보울트(6) 등이느슨하게되더라도비드부(22)에의해엔드플레이트(20)가실린더블록(2)과변속기케이스(3) 사이에서지지되게되므로엔진의진동에의한엔드플레이트(20)의타격소음과결합홀(8)의파손을방지할수 있도록되고, 또한상기비드부(22)의형성에의해엔드플레이트의두께가축소될수도있는효과가있는것이다.
