    • PURPOSE: A low voltage protective film material for a plasma display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve light emitting efficiency by reducing a discharging voltage. CONSTITUTION: The ternary solid solution oxide is based on a binary metal oxide(MO) in a rock-salt crystal structure. The binary metal oxide contains an alkaline earth metal oxide. A monovalence metal oxide(L_2O) and a tervalence metal oxide(N_2O_3) containing an alkaline metal oxide are contained as an alloy element. L is selected form a group including 'Li, Na, K, Ag, and Cu. M is selected from a group including Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Co, and Fe. N is selected from a group including Al, Co, Fe, As, Cr, Ga, V, Ti, Ir, Mo, Nb, Sc, Pd, In, Er, Y, Dy, Eu, Ce, U, and Bi.
    • 目的:提供一种用于等离子体显示面板的低电压保护膜材料及其制造方法,以通过降低放电电压来提高发光效率。 构成:三元固溶体氧化物基于岩盐晶体结构中的二元金属氧化物(MO)。 二元金属氧化物含有碱土金属氧化物。 含有单价金属氧化物(L_2O)和含有碱金属氧化物的三价金属氧化物(N_2O_3)作为合金元素。 L选自由Li,Na,K,Ag,Cu组成的组。 M选自Be,Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba,Co和Fe组成的组。 N选自Al,Co,Fe,As,Cr,Ga,V,Ti,Ir,Mo,Nb,Sc,Pd,In,Er,Y,Dy,Eu,Ce,U和Bi。
