    • The present invention relates to a device for preventing the slip and slide of a railway vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for preventing the slip and slide of a railway vehicle includes: an electromagnet; an operation part which fixates the electromagnet to face a railway at a distance, which moves the electromagnet up and down around one axis to adjust the distance between the electromagnet and the railway, and which rotates the electromagnet around the axis; and a current supply part for supplying a current to the electromagnet. The present invention enables stable driving and braking of a railway vehicle of which the railway has been slipped and slid due to foreign substances such as frost and oil by applying a magnetic field to the railway and increasing the adhesion coefficient of the railway. The elastic member is arranged between the extension part of the brake member and the other end of the housing to provide restoring force to the brake member. The handle is arranged in the front of the wheel to rotate forward and backward. The wire connects the handle and the extension part of the brake member.
