    • 본 발명은 샹크가이드에 관한 것으로 내부가 관통되어 있는 스프링케이스와 상기 스프링케이스에 내부가 중공된 스프링 시트와 스프링이 끼워지는 한쌍의 충격 완화부와, 가이드빔의 양끝 일측에 관통부가 형성되고 상기 관통부의 상·하부 둘레로 돌출되어 형성된 가이드빔 고정관과 상기 가이드빔 고정관의 내부에서 행거볼트 작동을 보호하는 베어링으로 구성괸 연결부와, 상기 한 쌍의 충격 완화부에 연결부의 양끝 가이드빔 고정관이 각각 끼워지면 상기 충격 완화부와 연결부의 관통부를 관통하여 삽입되는 행거볼트와 상기 행거볼트를 고정하는 웜휠로 구성된 고정부로 제시된다.
      상기와 같이 제시된 본 발명에 의한 샹크 가이드는 소음과 진동을 현저히 개선되는 효과가 있으며 가이드빔 고정관에 베어링이 설치되어 행거볼트의 동작시 발생하는 소음과 마모를 감소시키고 동작의 안정성을 확보하고 부품의 수명을 연장하는 효과를 얻을수 있다. 또한 섭동부의 마모량이 줄어 부품의 폐기량이 감소하며 부품마모에 의해 교체 소요 발생시에도 전체를 신품으로 교체 하는것이 아닌 구성품중 스프링시트와 베어링만 교환하여도 기능을 수행할수 있으므로 예산절감의 효과가 있다.

The shear member comprises a weak unit so that each shear member is broken if shearing force exceeding a given strength is applied. For the weak unit to be located between the buffer unit and the central sill, both ends of the shear member are fixed to the buffer unit and the central sill.
