    • A suspension structure of a vehicle for preventing friction of a piston rod is provided to increase the durability of a shock absorber and to reduce the malfunction of the shock absorber by restraining the friction between a piston rod and a shock absorber. A suspension structure of a vehicle for preventing friction of a piston rod comprises a shock absorber(50), a piston rod(52) going in and out of the shock absorber, a spring installed on the outer periphery of the shock absorber, a friction preventing device(70) interposed between the piston rod and the shock absorber to compress the piston rod in a direction of the central axis of the shock absorber according to the moving direction of the piston rod, an interval direction of the central axis of the shock absorber and the extend thereof. The spring is mounted to supported by an upper spring seat and a lower spring seat, respectively. A bumper stopper is inserted in the outer periphery of the top of the piston rod of the shock absorber.

    • A traction link (30) of a bogie frame (11) is connected to a connection member (40) which projects down from a car body (20). In an interior portion of the connection member (40) a large number of particle shape members (50) are accommodated. The rotational vibrations which are generated by a system drive using an electric motor, a reduction gear unit and a shaft coupling are transmitted to the connection member (40) and the car body (20) through the traction link (30). The vibrational energy generated in the connection member (40) is converted to kinetic energy of the particle shape member (50) by the collision between the particle shape members (50) in the interior portion and thereby the vibrations in the connection member (40) can be reduced. Accordingly, the propagation of the vibrations to the car body (20) can be restrained. In a railway vehicle using a bogie, the vibrations which are generated by the unbalance of the drive system can be restrained, and the noise in the interior of the car body (20) induced by the vibrations can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE: A railway vehicle and a bogie car for a railway vehicle is provided to restrain transmitting of vibration by drive system and to reduce the noise of the inside of a vehicle by the simplified structure making particle shape members move in the connection member connecting a bogie car and a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A traction link(30) of a bogie frame is connected to a connection member(40) projected down from a car body(20). In an interior portion of the connection member plural particle shape members(50) are accommodated. The rotational vibrations generated by a system drive using an electric motor, a reduction gear unit and a shaft coupling(31) are transmitted to the connection member and the car body through the traction link. The vibration energy generated in the connection member is converted to kinetic energy of the particle shape member by the collision between the particle shape members in the interior portion and thereby the vibrations in the connection member can be restrained. In a bogie car for a railway vehicle, the vibrations generated by the unbalance of the drive system can be restrained, and the noise in the interior of the car body induced by the vibrations can be reduced.
