    • 본 고안은 트럭의 보조 현가장치에 관한 것으로, 그 주된 목적은 트럭 적재함에 화물을 가득 적재하고 비포장 도로를 운행하더라도, 운전자가 느끼는 피로감을 최소화하고, 또한 주행진동으로 차체가 파손되는 것을 최소화하는 것이다.
      이러한 목적으로 이루어진 본 고안에 따른 트럭의 보조 현가장치는, 차축 중간에 설치된 베이스 프레임과;
      상기 베이스 프레임 상부에 수직방향으로 설치되며, 트럭의 에어 탱크로 부터 에어를 공급받는 에어백과;
      상기 에어백의 상측과 중간부분이 결합되고, 양단은 트럭프레임에 "ㄱ"자 형태로 면접되며, 볼트, 너트에 의해 결합되는 장착부와, 상기 장착부의 일단에 상측 경사형으로 형성된 연결부로 이루어지며, 상기 트럭프레임의 횡단면상 대칭형으로 설치된 제 1프레임과, 상기 제 1프레임의 연결부와 면접하도록 대칭하는 하측 경사형으로 형성된 연결플랜지와, 상기 연결플랜지와 일체형 수평으로 형성되며 상기 에어백의 상부를 지지하는 지지부가 마련된 제 2프레임으로 이루어진 스프링 지지프레임을 포함한다.
      이에 따라, 트럭 적재함에 화물을 가득 적재하고 비포장 도로를 운행하더라도, 운전자가 느끼는 피로감을 최소화하고, 또한 주행진동으로 차체가 파손되는 것을 최소화하는 이점이 있다.

An active roll control system for an air suspension vehicle comprises a two pneumatic outlet port(H2), a twisting valve unit, a pneumatic supply pipe(L2), and a pneumatic inlet pipe(L). The twisting valve unit comprises a valve block(21), and a valve housing(23). The valve block is fixed to the one side of the central part on the stabilizer bar of the air suspension vehicle. On one side of the valve, two pneumatic outlet ports are formed. In the valve housing, one end is contacted with a slide surface by sliding with being inserted into the central part on the stabilizer bar. The other end of the valve housing is fixed to the other side of a central part, so a pneumatic room(25) is formed inside. On one end of the valve housing, a connector corresponding to the pneumatic outlet port is formed.

The cap seals the housing and has a supply port for feeding oil in the housing.

    • A stabilizer using oil pressure is provided to allow a driver to easily drive a vehicle with superior driving comfort by performing roll and pitch controls. A stabilizer comprises an adjusting unit(20) which adjusts oil pressure according to a signal from a controller(10). The adjusting unit is installed at the center or one side of a stabilizer bar(2). An actuating unit(30) is formed at two opposite ends of the stabilizer bar. The actuating unit moves up and down according to the operation of the adjusting unit. The controller includes an electronic control unit(12), a rotary sensor(14) and a pitch sensor(16). The rotary sensor and the pitch sensor detect the inclination of a vehicle and transmit signals to the electronic control unit. The adjusting unit includes a flow rate control valve(22) which is installed on the stabilizer bar.
