    • PURPOSE: A fuel pump for a large two-stroke diesel engine is provided to adjust fuel injection timing inside the fuel pump with a controller which has a solenoid valve, and to control a fuel injection amount and a fuel injection time by measuring the angle values of the engine. CONSTITUTION: A fuel pump(100) for a large two-stroke diesel engine comprises a controller(110), a puncture valve, a suction valve, and an oil outlet. A solenoid valve for adjusting a fuel injection time is included inside the controller coupled to the upper end of the fuel pump. The controller measures the angle values of the engine in order to control the fuel injection time. The puncture valve is axially coupled to the lower portion of the controller. The suction valve is axially placed on the lower portion of the puncture valve. The oil outlet formed on the other side of the controller is connected to the solenoid valve. A manager is capable of determining a measuring range for the angle values of the engine.

      상기 니들 충격량 감소 연료분사밸브는, 니들 스프링의 탄성력과 제 1 벤트라인을 통해 댐핑챔버로부터 니들 스프링 챔버로 공급되는 연료유의 압력에 의한 합력에 의해 연료 분사 직전까지 니들이 가압됨으로써 니들과 니들 스프링의 크기를 종래의 연료분사밸브에 비하여 대폭 감소시킴에도 불구하고 연료분사 압력은 상승시켜 연료 분사효율을 상승시킬 수 있음은 물론 니들과 니들 스프링의 크기가 감소되어 니들 스프링의 탄성력이 저하됨에 따라 니들의 하강 속도를 감소시켜 니들의 충격량을 종래의 연료분사밸브에 비하여 대폭 감소시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 연료분사밸브의 수명을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A dual fuel injection valve is provided to remove a separate fuel injection pump by generating the spray pressure of a firing MDO using the spray pressure of a first fuel HFO. CONSTITUTION: As A dual fuel injection valve, the first fuel is pressurized by a fuel injection pump. After the first fuel pressurizes a pressing piston of a second fuel injection nozzle, the first fuel is supplied to a fuel pocket(13) of the first injection nozzle part. The second fuel is transferred to a second fuel pocket through a second fuel needle by the operation of the second fuel pressing piston. The transferred second fuel lifts the second fuel needle in order to jet the second fuel. The first fuel lifts the first fuel needle(12) relative to the pressure of the first fuel which is supplied to the first fuel pocket of the first injection nozzle part.
