    • A method for calculating temperature from temperature sensing signals is provided to lower computational load of a CPU and improve processing speed and manage temperature change rapidly. A method for calculating temperature from temperature sensing signals comprises: a step for extending the sensing range of a temperature sensor(2) into predetermined AD conversion value range; a step for saving maximum value and minimum value of AC conversion value in uniformly divided sections; a step for making temperature conversion value corresponding to the maximum value and minimum value into data; a step for storing the transformed data in a memory(5); a step for converting sensing signals, outputted on a real time basis, into the AD conversion value through an AD converter(3); a step for calculating the AD conversion value corresponding to the expanded sensing range through a CPU(4); and a step for producing temperature according to the output of the temperature sensor.

    • The present invention relates to an integrated electronic power control unit of an environmentally-friendly vehicle that may reduce costs and enhance structure and space utilization by integrally configuring at least two or more electronic power control units (EPCUs) disposed within the environmentally-friendly vehicle. The integrated electronic power control unit (EPCU) includes at least two or more EPCUs such as a motor control unit (MCU), a low voltage DC-DC converter (LDC), or a hybrid control unit (HCU), wherein at least one or more components of the EPCUs are integrated. In addition, the integrated electronic power control unit includes a hardware failure management unit (HFM) that is configured to detect and manage a failure of hardware including the at least one or more integrated components.
