    • A method of manufacturing color pattern sidewalk block using construction waste sand pebble is provided to protect environment by construction waste sand pebble falling into disuse in the construction site or workplaces. A method of manufacturing color pattern sidewalk block using construction waste sand pebble comprises steps of: filling mortar mixing a flowing water reducing agent of 4~6 weight%, portland cement 25~30 weight%, calcium sulfoaluminate(CAS) 3~5 weight% and construction waste sand pebble 65~72 weight% into a mold of specific figure(S10); coating color powder at an upper side of the filled mortar in constant thickness(S20); jetting color release of liquid on an upper side of the color powder(S30); pressurizing the mortar to the press and forming the pattern of the specific figure(S40); drying mortar passing through a pattern forming step in a temperature of 60~80°C for 30~40 minutes; and coating a penetration type coating material at the upper side of the mortar.

    • PURPOSE: A production method of plate for finished material of construction and its product are provided to alternate finished materials of construction such as stones, tiles and so on by producing a plate-shaped ceramic ware as the finished material of construction through an inlaying method and a production method of ceramic ware. CONSTITUTION: Raw materials are mixed at a regular ratio. The mixed raw material is kneaded by mixing water and the bubbles in a dough is removed. A plate-shaped vessel is molded by the dough. An inlaying material of different color is filled after engraving a regular pattern in one face of the molded vessel. The inlayed vessel is dried. An inlayed pattern is expressed by polishing an inlayed face of the dried vessel. A first plate is produced by first-burning the vessel expressed the inlayed pattern at 800-900°C for a certain time. The first plate is dried by glazing an enamel in one face expressed the inlayed pattern of the burned first plate. A plate is produced by secondary burning the first plate glazed the enamel at 1250-1350°C at the certain time.
