    • PURPOSE: A serration pattern forming device is provided to improve the light incidence efficiency from a light source located in a side unit. CONSTITUTION: A serration pattern forming device includes a base plate, a fixing plate and a serration core (220). The base plate mounts a light guide panel (100) in which a serration pattern is formed (110). The fixing plate is formed as a flat plate for fixing the light guide panel mounted on the base plate and fixes an upper surface of the light guide panel. The serration core forms an original pattern (205) consisting of more than one protrusion having the same form for transfer-printing the serration pattern in the side unit of the light guide panel. The serration pattern formed by being transfer-printed in the side unit is shown to be a wave shape in which the depth of a dent unit corresponding to the protrusion unit of the original pattern decreases to a specific size as it goes to the upper part or the lower part from the center when performing transfer-printing using the serration core.

The feed member supplies dried teflon and carbon-mixed powder. The transfer member transfers the teflon and carbon-mixed powder provided from the feed member. The transferred teflon and carbon-mixed powder is put into the fluidized bed hopper. The fluidized bed hopper stably supplies teflon and carbon-mixed powder to the following process. The hot rolling member processes the teflon and carbon-mixed powder into a sheet through hot-rolling.
