摘要： The present invention relates to an Ondol plate for a stone bed and a manufacturing method therefor wherein a plate and a heating pipe as heating means are unitarily formed to each other as one Ondol plate, thus reducing the period of time needed for working, and heating is rapidly performed without any heat loss, thus allowing a user to feel that heat is brought into direct contact with his or her body. The manufacturing method includes the steps of: making a frame made of a metal material to a shape of a rectangle open upwardly along the shape of a plate; fixing and disposing a heating pipe inside the frame; filling paste made of raw red clay powder, stone powder, or the mixture of the raw red clay powder and the stone powder into the frame in which the heating pipe is disposed and applying vibration to the frame so as to mix the paste; applying steam to the paste mixed in the frame so as to cure the paste; and separating the molded product from the frame and polishing and cutting the molded product.

본 발명의 줄눈제는 에폭시 수지에 액상첨가제와 필러가 첨가된 주제부와 에폭시 수지 경화제에 첨가제를 혼입한 경화제부 2가지로 구성되며, 주제부 95 : 경화제부 5의 중량비로 혼합하여 사용한다. 주제부는 10∼15중량％의 에폭시 수지, 0.1∼0.2중량％의 분산제, 0.05∼0.1중량％의 소포제, 0.1∼0.5중량％의 가소제, 0.5∼1.0중량％의 유화제, 3∼5중량％의 이산화티탄, 74∼80중량％의 무기충전필러, 3∼5중량％의 희석용제의 조성을 가지며, 경화제부는 82∼85중량％의 에폭시 수지 경화제, 0.5∼1.0중량％의 분산제, 14.2∼17.2중량％의 물을 포함하는 조성을 가진다.

摘要： A heat resistant coating composition is provided to reduce the temperature of road surface, to form various color texture pattern by using spray type color finishing, and to ensure excellent permeability and visibility. A heat resistant coating composition comprises ceramic powder 110~190 g, titanium dioxide 400~600 g and water 50~60 g per paint 1‘± and is coated on the upper side of concrete.
