    • 본발명은칼라레진을이용한칼라무늬석판재제조장치에관한것으로서, 석판재를지지하는지지부; 지지부의길이방향을따라이동하는제1 이송부; 제1 이송부에이격배치되어지지부의길이방향을따라이동하는제2 이송부; 제1 이송부에결합되어지지부에지지된석판재의상면을설정된모양의홈을성형하는가공부; 및제2 이송부에결합되며, 홈이형성된석판재의상면에칼라레진을주입하는레진주입부;를포함하며, 가공부는석재판의가공영역을설정된깊이로홈 가공하는홈 형성부와, 홈의외주영역을따라석판재의하방향을향하여홈의직경이커지도록테이퍼홈을형성시키는테이퍼홈 형성부;를구비한다. 본발명에의하면, 석판재의표면에하방향으로홈의직경이벌어지도록테이퍼형상의홈을형성하고, 테이퍼홈에칼라레진을주입하여칼라레진이석판재의표면에서분리되는것을방지함으로써다양한형상의칼라무늬가성형이가능하고석판재의내구성을증대시킬수 있다.
