    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a photo-catalyst is provided to improve the mechanical property and the durability of concrete and apply an environmental purification function to the concrete by implementing a first coating process and a second coating process using a silicate-based surface permeating agent and a photo-catalyst solution. CONSTITUTION: Colloidal silica(CS) solution, which is diluted, without the superior permeating property is impregnated to the surface of concrete for 5 minutes. A photo-catalyst solution is coated on the concrete impregnated with the colloidal silica solution through a spraying method. The photo-catalyst solution is anatase type with the superior photo-activity and the superior reactivity.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of interior ceramic bricks by spraying quartz porphyry over formed bricks made of yellow earth, and sintering at a lower temperature than sintering temperature of clay bricks. The resultant porous bricks have the effects of far infrared emission, sterilization and deodorization. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: mixing more than 60wt.% of yellow earth and less than 40wt.% of fine sand or polishing sand; kneading, forming, and drying; spraying the surface of formed bricks with a slip containing 20wt.% or more of quartz porphyry to be a thickness of 0.5-1mm; and sintering at 700-1000deg.C over 6hrs.
