摘要： A circuit board and an image display device are provided to prevent a short between an installation plane of an image display device and a circuit board by including a bonding member. A circuit board(20) includes a laminated plate(26) and a bonding member(60). The laminated plate includes a first surface insulation layer(21) and a second surface insulation layer(22). The first surface insulation layer is faced with an installation plane(31). The second surface insulation layer is faced with the first surface insulation layer. An electronic part(50) is mounted in at least one among the first surface insulation layer and the second surface insulation layer. The bonding member is arranged on the first surface insulation layer. The bonding member is electrically isolated from the electronic part. A terminal of the electronic part penetrates a through hole of the laminated plate, and is protruded from the first surface insulation layer as a protrusion part(53). Height of the bonding member is more than height of the protrusion part.

摘要： One embodiment of a field changeable graphics system for a computing device includes a graphics card and an interface assembly. The interface assembly is adapted to interface the graphics card with the motherboard of a computing device, without directly mounting the graphics card to the motherboard. One advantage of the disclosed graphics system is that it enables a computing device user to upgrade the existing device's graphics system. Thus, the user is not forced to purchase an entirely new computing device in order to take advantage of graphics innovations. CONSTITUTION: An electronic circuit connecting structure includes a circuit substrate(10) having a plurality of conductive first connection lands(12) formed on a surface thereof and a flexible board(20) arranged opposite to the circuit substrate. The flexible board includes a plurality of second connection lands(24), arranged opposite to the first connection lands of the circuit substrate, and an insulating layer(26) formed so as to surround at least a portion of an outer periphery of the second connection lands. The first connection lands and the second connection lands are bonded to each other by using a bonding member(30). The thickness of the insulating layer is bigger than a total thickness of the first connection land and the second connection land.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a lighter, more compact semiconductor device with excellent heat dissipation and a semiconductor module mounting the same. CONSTITUTION: An island 15 exposed on the backside of a semiconductor device 10 is fixed to a first metal film 14 formed by copper plating on a cooling board 13A made of aluminum. In that case, the backside of a semiconductor device 10 is brought into contact with a contact region CT, and the other first opening OP is opened wider than the arrangement region of the semiconductor device 10. Thereby it becomes possible to clean a clearance through the first opening OP seen around the periphery of the semiconductor device 10, and additionally, the heat generated by a semiconductor element 16 can be dissipated effectively from the island 15 through the second supporting material 13A.
