    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for controlling air flow supplied to a fuel injection-type engine, while increasing an engine speed at a highly sensitivity according to a pressing speed of an accelerator.SOLUTION: A one-way valve 1 is arranged on an air-flow channel between an air intake and a throttle. The one-way valve 1 includes: a one-way moving blade 201; a support 40 movably supporting the one-way moving blade 201 at a position for opening the air flow channel and a position for closing the air flow channel; and a restoration part 30 biasing the one-way moving blade 201 in a direction of closing the air flow channel. When a vacuum suction force acting on the one-way valve 1 changes according to an operating speed of the throttle, an opening degree of the air flow channel using the one-way valve changes, an appropriate rate of air flow corresponding to the vacuum suction force is supplied to a cylinder, and the engine speed reaches various speeds corresponding to a pressing amount of the accelerator.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust exhaust gas pressure, with a simple structure, without being influenced by a temperature difference of flowing gases. SOLUTION: An exhaust throttle valve 1 is provided with: a housing 2 having a gas passage 2a formed thereon; a first and a second valve shaft 3, 4 rotatably supported by the housing 2; a large valve element 5 connected to the first valve shaft; and a small valve element 6 connected to the second valve shaft. A communication hole 17 is bored on the large valve element, and an energizing means energizing the small valve element to a direction abutting on the large valve element is disposed on the second valve shaft. When a pressure of gas in the gas passage rises from the state where the large valve element closes the gas passage and the communication hole is blocked by the small valve element (Fig.2(b)), the small valve element separates from the large valve element by resisting energizing force of the energizing means, and the communication hole is opened (Fig.2(c)).     • PURPOSE:To function similarly with double barrel carburetor through simple structure by providing a small throttle valve rotatable coaxially in a through- hole made in the center of main butterfly throttle valve of carburetor and opening said throttle valve within small opening range of throttle valve while also opening main throttle valve for large opening than predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:A hole is made in the center of main throttle valve 6 provided in the downstream of Venturi 31 to make a small throttle valve 4 openable coaxially and independently to said hole. A path 8 for leading the fuel through an idle port of carburetor is provided to main throttle valve 6 and communicated with the closed section of small throttle valve. Upon pulling of wire 55 for the purpose to open the throttle valve under operation of engine, the lever 5 will rotate the shaft 41 to open the small throttle valve 4, but since the pin 51 of the lever 5 will rotate in an elongated hole 71 of the rotary lever 7 of main throttle valve 6, main throttle valve 6 is not opened. Upon opening of the small throttle valve 4, more than predetermined level, main throttle valve 6 as the secondary throttle valve will start to open.
