    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for controlling air flow supplied to a fuel injection-type engine, while increasing an engine speed at a highly sensitivity according to a pressing speed of an accelerator.SOLUTION: A one-way valve 1 is arranged on an air-flow channel between an air intake and a throttle. The one-way valve 1 includes: a one-way moving blade 201; a support 40 movably supporting the one-way moving blade 201 at a position for opening the air flow channel and a position for closing the air flow channel; and a restoration part 30 biasing the one-way moving blade 201 in a direction of closing the air flow channel. When a vacuum suction force acting on the one-way valve 1 changes according to an operating speed of the throttle, an opening degree of the air flow channel using the one-way valve changes, an appropriate rate of air flow corresponding to the vacuum suction force is supplied to a cylinder, and the engine speed reaches various speeds corresponding to a pressing amount of the accelerator.
