An HST speed change pedal is rotatably supported on the right side of, and in the same position as, the rotatably supporting shaft 26 for the differential lock pedal.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a brake structure by providing a coil spring having a spring constant larger than the max. load required for applying braking force to a brake between an inner cable and a brake lever to operate a detecting switch with compression of this spring. CONSTITUTION:When an inner cable 12 is pulled by operating a brake, its tension is transmitted to a brake lever 6 through a rod 17, a guide tube 23, a coil spring 25, a base plate 18 and a spherical joint section 19. And since a spring constant of the coil spring 25 is set larger than the max. load necessary for applying braking force to a parking brake, the spring 25 is not compressed and the parking brake is braked. After the brake is completely applied and then the tension of the cable 12 is further increased, the spring 25 is compressed to lower a guide tube 23. Thus, a detecting switch 30 also descends and an operating piece 30a thereof contact an auxiliary plate 21 to turn on a switch 30.
