    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automobile frame dress up parts which are lightweight and with good strength and their manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The automobile frame dress up parts 10 are made of an aluminum alloy with holes h and are characterized by the proof stress of normal parts which crystalline grains are not coarsened being 270 MPa or more and the shortest length between the end of a rib section which is a specific region of a rib 11 on the hole h side and the end of the hole which is the specific region of a web 12 on the hole h side being 6 mm or more. The manufacturing method of automobile frame dress up parts includes an ingot material manufacturing process, a heat treatment process, a molding/processing process, a forging process, a hole forming process, and a thermal refining process and is characterized by the shortest length between the end of the rib section which is the specific region of the rib on the hole h side and the end of the hole which is the specific region of the web on the hole h side being 6 mm or more.
