    • PURPOSE: To obtain an optical-fiber-sensor probe device by which the uneven part in a very small region up to a wide region of a surface can be inspected at low costs, with good efficiency and precisely by a method wherein a light-receiving fiber for the very small region and a light-receiving fiber for the whole region are contained in one optical-fiber probe part. CONSTITUTION: A whole-region light-receiving fiber bundle at a probe tip part and a very-small-region light-receiving fiber bundle for light-receiving of a very small region are contained in an optical-fiber bundle for light receiving in an optical-fiber probe part 20. Then, the very-small-region light-receiving fiber bundle receives reflected light only in the very small region with reference to reflected light from an object 24, to be inspected, by the irradiation of an optical-fiber bundle for light projecting, and the whole-region light-receiving fiber bundle received reflectes light from nearly the whole region. Then, outputs of both light-receiving fiber bundle are supplied respectively to photodetectors 26, 27 so as to be converted into current signals, and the current signals are converted into voltage signals by current/voltage converted 28, 29. The voltage signals are processed by an adder 30 and a subtracter 34 so as to be outputted. Then, the processed signals are analyzed, and the surface state of the object 24 to be inspected can be inspected.

    • PURPOSE:To put a logic analyser in possession of retrieving function, by a method wherein the logic level of a signal wave form is displayed as a cursor word and the display of the cursor word is subjected to white and black reversal control when the signal wave form of a cursor position is coincided with a predetermined phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:A retrieving mode is selected by a keyboard 30 while search words are inputted to be stored by RAM28. By this operation, CPU24 compares the search words stored by RAM28 to data information and the total number of the search words are counted while the number of the search words contained prior to the address of a cursor position are calibrated. In the next step, the cursor is successively moved to a righthand direction by the keyboard 30 and, when the cursor position corresponds to the predetermined search word, the cursor word of CRT34 is displayed in a white and black reversal state.

    • PURPOSE:To compensate the shift of clock signal and the variation of propagation delay time of the circuit parts, by providing a phase control means which controls the phase difference between the clock signal and the analog signal. CONSTITUTION:The change-over switch 32 is switched to the side of reference signal generator 30 to apply the reference signal to the A-D converters 4 and 6. The converters 4 and 6 give an A-D conversion by the clock signals a1 and a2 each that are supplied from the clock signal generator 8, and then applies the output of conversion to the memory devices 10 and 12. The CPU12 calculates the value of compensation to the phase shift between the signals a1 and a2 based on the digital data given from the devices 10 and 12. If the value of compensation is zero, the switch 32 is switched to the side of input terminal 2 to perform an A-D conversion for the analog signal. On the other hand, if the value of compensation is not zero, the control value stored in the data register 22 is applied to the variable delay line 26 via the D-A converter 24 to give a control to the phase of the signal a2. Thus a new value of compensation is obtained, and then a compensation of phase and a calculation are repeated until the value of compensation becomes zero.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position the magnetic head to a magnetic disk having a blank servo signal or the like with an inexpensive configuration in inspection of the magnetic disk or the magnetic head. SOLUTION: A blank magnetic disk 16 on which no signal is written is fixed attachably and detachably on a spindle 12. A magnetic disk 14 for servo is a magnetic disk of a data surface servo method on which a known servo signal is written, and is also fixed on the spindle 12. The spindle 12 is rotated by a motor 10. Two heads, a magnetic head 22 to access the blank magnetic disk 16 and a magnetic head 20 for servo to access the magnetic disk 14 for servo, are fixed on a head driving device 18. A control circuit 26 controls the motor 10 and the head driving device 18 according to the servo signal read by the magnetic head 20 for servos accessing the magnetic disk 14 for servo, and thereby, controls the position of the magnetic head 22 to the blank magnetic disk 16. An inexpensive magnetic disk equivalent to a marketed one can basically be used for the magnetic disk 14 for servo.
