    • PURPOSE:To measure a noticeable part in detail and to make clear the relation with a whole, by changing over a clock signal for allowing a memory circuit to store an input signal by a trigger signal and storing the input signal in a separate memory circuit before and after changing-over. CONSTITUTION:The analogue input signal of an input terminal 10 is converted to a digital signal by an AD converter 12. A clock generator 32 outputs a high frequency clock and a low frequency clock, and the AD converter 12 and a second writing control circuit 44 are controlled by the high frequency clock. When the input analogue signal does not exceed the trigger level of a trigger circuit 14, a first writing control circuit 46 is controlled by the low frequency clock and a rough signal is stored in a first memory circuit 22 while a detailed signal in a second memory circuit 24. When there is the output of the trigger circuit 14, the control circuit 46 is operated by the high frequency clock and the operation of the control circuit 44 is stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To magnify or reduce a desired display area without losing picture information by mapping the picture information which are not displayed via an inside area of a 1st window and an outside area of a 2nd window to an intermediate area between both areas when the inside display magnification of the 1st window is set larger than the outside display magnification of the 2nd window. CONSTITUTION:An image processing means 12 performs the mutual conversion between an XY coordinate system and a polar coordinate system, the mapping processing to the picture information, etc. A setting means 14 sets a window and the magnification in a display area of a display means 18. Then the picture information which are not displayed via an inside area of a 1st window and an outside area of a 2nd window are mapped in an intermediate area between both windows when the inside display magnification of the 1st window is set larger than the outside display magnification of the 2nd window. Then the inside picture information of the 1st window and the outside picture information of the 2nd window are continuously displayed via the picture information mapped in the intermediate area. Thus a desired display area is displayed with magnification or reduction with no less of the picture information.

    • PURPOSE:To make the moving speed of a display position relative to a display means roughly constant in the stage of controlling the magnified and displayed waveform or the display position of a cursor by magnifying the displayed waveform. CONSTITUTION:A signal waveform is displayed on a CRT 32, and CPU 58 performs process, judgement, etc. according to the program in an ROM 60. If the display is magnified, the CPU 58 determines the ratio of the magnification and sets a moving speed according to the ratio. A moving key for the displayed waveform or the display position of a cursor is pushed to move the same by a prescribed extent. The counter function of the CPU58 is subtracted by one and the operation is repeated until the content in the counter is made to zero. Whether a cursor mode is set or not is judged. As the moving speed value is larger, the longer time is required until the value of the counter is made to zero and the moving speed of the display device relative to the signal waveform is lower. Since the moving speed value corresponds to the ratio of the magnification, the moving speed of the display position with respect to the CRT 32 is roughly constant and the display position is easily set.

    • PURPOSE:To compensate the shift of clock signal and the variation of propagation delay time of the circuit parts, by providing a phase control means which controls the phase difference between the clock signal and the analog signal. CONSTITUTION:The change-over switch 32 is switched to the side of reference signal generator 30 to apply the reference signal to the A-D converters 4 and 6. The converters 4 and 6 give an A-D conversion by the clock signals a1 and a2 each that are supplied from the clock signal generator 8, and then applies the output of conversion to the memory devices 10 and 12. The CPU12 calculates the value of compensation to the phase shift between the signals a1 and a2 based on the digital data given from the devices 10 and 12. If the value of compensation is zero, the switch 32 is switched to the side of input terminal 2 to perform an A-D conversion for the analog signal. On the other hand, if the value of compensation is not zero, the control value stored in the data register 22 is applied to the variable delay line 26 via the D-A converter 24 to give a control to the phase of the signal a2. Thus a new value of compensation is obtained, and then a compensation of phase and a calculation are repeated until the value of compensation becomes zero.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately measure the current value at the measured terminal of a measured element without being affected by the voltage drop of a current detecting resistor. CONSTITUTION:A current detecting resistor 16 converts the current wave-form appearing at the emitter of an IGBT 10 into the voltage wave-form. An A/D converter 22 A/D-converts the voltage wave-form to generate the wave-form data. A CPU 24 calculates the reverse phase wave-form data opposite in phase to the wave-form data. An optional wave-form generating circuit 28 generates the reverse phase current wave-form opposite in phase to the current wave-form from the reverse phase wave-form data. A reference resistor 19 feeds the reverse phase current wave-form to a measured terminal. The voltage value of the emitter is kept constant, thus the fluctuated portion of the current flows in the reference resistor 19. A current detector 18 detects the voltage drop generated by the reference resistor 19 and calculates the value of the current flowing in the reference resistor 19.
