    • PURPOSE:To improve comfortability in a blower in which a program switch is automatically changed over in correspondence with the opening and closing operations of an air-mix damper by maintaining the blower at a predetermined rotational speed irrespective of automatic change-over in a predetermined operational condition. CONSTITUTION:When a manual contact 66 of a blower switch 60 is set to a low speed mode Lo, a contact 42 of a heater relay 40 is connected to a fixed contact 43 and a d.c. motor 10 for a blower is rotated at low speed in response to voltage drop caused by the sum of respective resistances of resistors 51 to 53. At this time, a d.c. motor 31 is rotated by an automatic temperature control circuit 30 in response to outputs from various sensors 20 to adjust the opening degrees of an air-mix damper, and an automatic contact 75 of a program switch 70 is operatively associated therewith to be selectively brought in contact with fixed contacts 72 to 74 (affixed alphabets are abbreviated). But, as a fixed contact 6 is open, respective coils of relays 80, 90, 100 are deenergized irrespective of contact with any of the contacts 72 to 74 so as to maintain low speed rotation of the motor 10.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure the precise control of the subject device as controlled on an output signal from an outside temperature sensor by memorizing said output signal available when an engine stop has been detected, and controlling on reading out the memorized output signal for a predetermined time in re-starting the engine. CONSTITUTION:Outside temperature 201, ignition-switch-off information 202, engine cooling water temperature 203 and car speed 204 are outputted into the outside temperature correction part 300 of a control device 200. And when an engine stop signal has been inputted from an ignition switch 202, the corresponding value of the outside temperature sensor 201 is recorded. Also, when the ignition switch 202 is ON and the water temperature 203 is over a predetermined level, an engine is judged as just started and the outside temperature 201 as memorized is read out, thereby estimating actual outside temperature. And after a predetermined time has passed and it has become possible to detect the actual outside temperature, the subject device returns to normal control. According to the aforesaid constitution, control can be made with precise outside temperature.
