CONSTITUTION:Inside of an air duct 1 and air mix damper 4 is borne rotatably round a shaft 4a, and in accordance with the degree of opening of this damper, the temp. of the blowout air is adjusted. The air mix damper 4 is driven by a DC motor M of a servo mechanism 9 through a link rod 8. Through a power transistor circuit 18 the DC motor M is controlled by a microcomputer 17 on the basis of information given by different setting device 10 and sensors 11-15. When the displacement difference of the sensed displacement amount from the target displacement amount for air mix damper 4 has come into a non- sensitive zone to cause stop of the DC motor M, the size of the non-sensitive zone is modified on the basis of the displacement difference of the air mix damper 4.

And if the water temperature sensors 100a, 110a are closed by a temperature rise of water, the system, which competes a power supply circuit to the heater relay 30 and the blower relay 70, actuates the DC motor 10 and a program switch 60. By this constitution, the system, which simplifies wiring of a servo mechanism, enables the fixed contact to increase its length.

    • PURPOSE:To improve hot water flow rate regulation precision when a flow rate is low, by a method wherein a flow rate control pump, varying a delivery amount by means of a flow rate regulating valve and the number of revolutions, is situated in a hot water flow passage, and when the number of revolutions of a pump is below a specified value, a flow rate is controlled by means of the opening of a regulating valve. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 32 performs computing processing by means of an external air temperature 22, an internal air temperature 27, a quantity of solar radiation 28, a set temperature 30, a temperature 23 at the rear of a vaporizer, a water temperature 26, and position information 24 of an actuator 16, and controls an air conditioning control means. In this case, the target stroke amount and the auxiliary target stroke amount of an actuator 16, located in a passage running to a heater core 8, are decided the applied voltage of a water pump 15 is controlled, and a flow rate of hot water is controlled. When the number of revolutions of the water pump 15 is reduced to a lowermost value, a flow rate is controlled through control of an opening by means of the actuator 16. This constitution enables a flow rate during low flow rate operation to be accurately regulated.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for providing an outside air temperature detecting means, by obtaining a necessary blow temperature from a detected inside air temperature and a preset inside air temperature and determining the actual outside air temperature in accordance with one of the adjusting amounts of the necessary blow temperature and the actual blow temperature and in accordance with the inside air temperature. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 90, if it inputs signals respectively from an inside air temperature sensor 60, opening sensor 70 and a temperature setter 50, calculates a necessary blow temperature by these signals, determining an adjusting amount of opening of an air mixing damper 30 for adjusting a flow of air so as to match with the necessary blow temperature. And the microcomputer calculates the actual outside air temperature in accordance with a detected inside air temperature, preset inside air temperature and an air mixing damper target opening to be temporarily stored in memory. By this constitution, the actual outside air temperature can be determined with no necessity for using an outside air temperature detecting means. Accordingly, air conditioning can be controlled substantially containing a correction of the outside air temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To improve operability, at the time of starting of an air conditioner, by automatically selecting either of an automatic mode in the case that the opening of an air mix damper varies largely, or a manual mode suitable for passenger's liking in the case that it doesn't vary so largely, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner has an air-conditioning means B for sending cold or warm air inside a car chamber and an air-condition detecting means C for detecting an air-conditioning environment. And when a main switch D is turned on a control means F controls, on the basis of output from the air- condition detecting means C, the air-conditioning means B under the air- conditioning condition of either an automatic mode or a manual mode which is set by an air-conditioning mode setting means E. Thereat, there is disposed a memory means G for storing the manual mode at the time of turning off the main switch D. And, when the main switch D is turned on, a judgement instructing means H selects the manual mode stored in the memory means G when the opening of an air mix damper A is within the predetermined range, while the automatic mode when said opening is beyond the predetermined range, respectively.
