A plurality of heat dissipation fins 3f extending in the substantially axial center direction of the rotor 5 are provided on the heat dissipation plates 3a, 3b, a gap is provided in the substantially axial direction between each of the adjacent heat dissipation fins of the plurality of heat dissipation fins 3f, and the plurality of heat dissipation fins 3f consist of at least two kinds of heat dissipation fins having different lengths in the substantially axial center direction.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable MOSFET rectifying operation which is not affected by a power generation condition from a start of an engine in a rectifier 2 having a MOSFET. SOLUTION: An output VS obtained by adding respective phase voltages VU, VV, VW and a power generation voltage VBR are compared by COM1. During a period of VBR>VS, a timing signal VT (Fig.3(c)) having a cycle with an electrical angle of 120 degrees is obtained. In synchronism with a rise in logical products AND1 and AND2 based on comparison results VH-ON (Fig.3(d)) of a phase voltage VU and a power generation voltage VB and comparison results VL-ON (Fig.3(h)) of the phase voltage VU and a GND potential, flip-flops FF1 and FF2 are operated.     • PURPOSE:To prevent the effects of noises and to perform secure starting and stop by inserting a capacitor between the terminals of a comparator for the voltage at the terminal of a display lamp and the value obtained by dividing the voltage between the base and the emitter of a transistor for driving the display lamp with a resistor. CONSTITUTION:A terminal voltage VL of a charging display lamp 6 is grounded through the series circuit of a noise canceling capacitor 371 and a resistor 367. A voltage VL at the connecting point of the capacitor 371 and the resistor 367 is connected to one terminal of comparator 366 and to the gate of a transistor Tr 13 for driving the display lamp through a resistor 368. The voltage VL is inputted into the-f terminal of the comparator 366. When a key switch 5 of a battery 2 is turned ON, the voltage VL is dropped. The voltages VR and VL are similarly dropped, and a power supply voltage Vcc is stably supplied. Trs 370 and 31 are turned ON, and the charging display lamp 6 is continuously lit. When the switch is turned OFF, the voltage VL becomes 0, and the lamp becomes OFF. Thus, the power supply is started and stopped positively even at low temperature and high temperature without obstruction with noises.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of battery voltage drop to the same level as a generator which generates large power, by adjusting the amount of increase in the control current of a power switch for field current control immediately after electric load application and before actuation of a deenergizing means, based on the state of power generation by a generator. SOLUTION: Generated current to be increased before start of deenergization control at the time of load application is made almost constant regardless of the generated current capacitance of a generator. In a generator different in generated current capacitance, the results of measurement of the amount of increase in field current required to increase the generated current by 10 A immediately after load application and the field current before load application are indicated. In regions with less generated current, the field current and the output current are almost proportional to each other. In regions with larger generated current, the output is not increased even by increasing the field current because the generated current is in proximity to saturation point. For the reason, the generated current can be made almost constant regardless of the state of the generated current by setting the amount of increase in field current to be increased immediately after load application and before start of deenergization control.
