摘要： PURPOSE:To extremely reduce the leakage frequency component without preventing the construction of a semiconductor integrated circuit and its cost reduction. CONSTITUTION:When the input frequency f1 is converted into f2+ or -f1 by the conversion frequency f2, an input signal is divided into a positive phase one and a negative phase one/and transmitted by the use of two-transmission circuits. These two transmission outputs are alternately switched and connected to an output terminal synchronously with the frequency f2. At the same time, the connection is alternately switched synchronously with the frequency f2 between two bias circuits which sets the output bias levels of two transmission circuits respectively and these transmission circuits. Therefore the voltage set by the same bias circuit always emerges at each output terminal regardless of the conversion signal. Then the influence due to the variability caused between both bias circuits can be eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To control the CR constant in a CR constant circuit to have a desired value by providing comparatively simple circuits such as a reference frequency oscillation circuit, a phase synthesis circuit and a level detection circuit to a CR constant circuit desired to be control. CONSTITUTION:The CR constant circuit comprising a resistor R3 and a variable capacitive element C3 is provided, which receives a reference frequency signal and forms the 1st signal having a different phase by 45 deg. and whose level is set to 2 of the reference frequency signal. 2nd and 3rd signals according to the voltage generated across the resistor R3 and the element C3 are formed by the phase synthesis circuit from the reference frequency signal and the 1st signal, they are level-detected and a control voltage making the both equal is generated from the difference to control the element C3. Thus, it is possible to supply a desired constant to the CR constant by having only to add comparatively simple circuits such as a reference frequency oscillation circuit, phase synthesis circuit and a level detection circuit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize the CR constant control circuit which can set a CR constant with high accuracy by providing a CR constant circuit which receives a reference frequency signal, makes the phase by 45 deg., and sets the level to (2-1/2) time as high as the reference frequency signal. CONSTITUTION:The emitter output (reference frequency signal) of a transistor(TR) Q1 is inputted to the CR constant circuit composed of a resistance R3 and a capacitor C3. The output signal V3 of a phase synthesizing circuit and a reference frequency signal V1' are supplied to a phase detecting circuit PC and a control voltage V0 is made into the control voltage of the capacitor C3 according to the phase difference between the V1' and V3. Consequently, the vector composite voltage of the resistance R3 and capacitor C3 of the CR constant circuit is equal to that of the reference frequency signal V1. Then the phase difference between the voltages of the resistance R3 and capacitor C3 is held at 90 deg..

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material in which high transparency can be always maintained without no influence of temperature conditions or wavelengths, and to which various functionalities are given by a composite of the fibers and the matrix material. SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced composite material comprising fibers having an average fiber diameter of 4 to 200 nm, and a matrix material, and 60% or above of light transmittance of a wavelength of 400 to 700 nm in 50 μm of thickness. Due to the fiber having an average fiber diameter smaller than the wavelength of a visual light (380 to 800 nm), little refraction of the visible light by the fibers may be generated, and further, scattering loss of the visible light at the interface between the fibers and the matrix material cannot easily occur even when the temperature or wavelength is changed.
