摘要： PURPOSE:To sharply reduce an amount of produced NOX and to prevent spontaneous ignition of premixture fuel by a method wherein premixture fuel is preheated by means of a heating medium and fed to the prevaporizer premixer of a combustor. CONSTITUTION:Premixture fuel 103 is preheated by a preheat means 26, and atomized and by means of pressure spray or air spray through a premixture fuel nozzle 22 to charge it in a prevaporizer premixer 23. In this case, the premixture fuel 103 is rapidly migrated from a liquid phase sate to a gas phase state and vaporized in a short time. Compressed air 105 entering the prevaporizer premixer 23 is heated by means of a first electric heater 33, the wall surface of the prevaporizer premixer 23 is heated by means of a second electric heater 34, and vaporization of the premixture fuel 103 is further promoted. Thus, even when the length of the prevaporizer premixer 23 is reduced, the vaporization ratio of the premixture fuel 103 can be increased to a value approximately equal to 100% and lean premixture combustion can be reliably realized, whereby an amount of produced NOX can be extremely reduced. Since the length of the prevaporizer premixer 23 can be shortened, the premixture fuel 103 is almost prevented from spontaneous ignition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the bearing characteristic of a journal part by forming the most external surface of a build-up welding layer formed on the journal part, with a welding rod consisting of steel which contains only a specified percentage of Cr, and then afterward giving to its stress relief annealing. CONSTITUTION:In a steam turbine rotor shaft, a power generation side shaft 2 is connected to a rotor shaft main body 1 through a coupling 3, and a build-up welding layer 5 is formed on its journal part opposedly facing a bearing 4. The rotor shaft main body 1 is formed of a martensite high Cr steel. In this case, at least three outermost layers of the build-up welding layer are formed with welding rod consisting of steel which contains Cr by 0.5-3 in weight percentage. Stress relief annealing is given after the formation, which enables to obtain a steam turbine rotor shaft with a journal part excellent in bearing characteristics.

CONSTITUTION:A ring 2 is monolithically processed with a shaft 1 between the disc and the coupling of a turbine rotor. A few pieces of additional mass 3 divided with a setting bolt 4 and a nut 5 are fixed to the side of the coupling 2 in an axial symmetry. By increasing the quantity of the pieces of the additional mass 3 so arranged and fixed, or changing the thickness of the mass 3 and the quantity thereof at a single position, it becomes possible to make fine adjustment for the frequency of a high-order torsional vibration coupled with a blade and an axis.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make stable combustion in a combustion unit for gas turbine of a gaseoud fuel two-stage combustion type by a method wherein second-stage combustion air is extracted through a flow rate adjusting means to the non- combustion side from between the second-stage combustion air intake port and the second-stage fuel nozzle. CONSTITUTION:An extracting port 41 is formed between the air from the second air supplying port 20 and the second-stage fuel mixing part 33, a part of the second-stage air is controlled by a flow rate adjusting valve 100 and then extracted. This flow rate adjusting valve 100 is controlled by a controller 101 in accordance with load. With this arrangement, the air flow rate is extracted to the second-stage from the time of feeding of second-stage combustion volume and thus a proper volume can be attained in respect to the second-stage fuel and so stable combustion can always be maintained.
