摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce NOx and dioxin generated by a waste incinerator and to make a system more effective by burning gas containing hydrogen made by reforming raw fuel in a fuel reforming device with a first combustion gas as oxidizer and by providing a superheater which superheats steam generated by the incinerator system with a second combustion gas generated by a combustion device. SOLUTION: Reformed gas which is made by partially burning the mixing gas 17 of natural gas and steam with the exhaust gas 4 of a waste incinerator 3 as oxidizing gas 18 is reformed by a fuel reforming device 13 to make gas 19 containing hydrogen. The gas 19 containing hydrogen is burned by a combustion device 12 to generate combustion gas 24, which superheats the steam 5 generated by a waste incinerator boiler 6 at a superheater 10: this is a superheater system. Therefore the steam 5 generated by the incinerator system can be supplied to a steam turbine system 25 as superheated steam 11 of 400 to 500 deg.C. Remaining oxygen in the exhaust gas 4 of the waste incinerator 3 is introduced to the fuel reforming device 13 and the combustion device 12 as oxidizer to decompose NOx and dioxin in the exhaust gas of the waste incinerator, thereby making them harmless.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enable attainment of high-temperature steam without accelerating corrosion of a heat transfer tube and to enhance the efficiency of generation of electric power of a refuse incinerating power generation system by providing a steam piping inside a furnace wall constituting an incinerator. CONSTITUTION: Refuse 20 thrown in a hopper 2 is burnt by air supplied from an air supply pipe 9, while it is transferred to stokers 3 to 5. Combustion gas 10 passes through a combustion space 6 and gives heat to a boiler 11. The temperature of steam generated in the boiler 11 is maintained at 300 deg.C or below at which the speed of high temperature corrosion in a boiler heat transfer tube does not become so large. The temperature of the steam of 300 deg.C or below is raised to about 400 deg.C with its flow through a steam piping 12 piercing the inside of a furnace wall 7 of which the temperature exceeds 300 deg.C. The steam of which the temperature is raised to about 400 deg.C is supplied to a steam turbine 16 through a high pressure steam piping 14 and drives the steam turbine 16 and thereby a generator 15 is rotated. According to this constitution, high temperature steam is obtained without accelerating corrosion of the heat transfer tube and the efficiency of power generation of a refuse incinerating power generation system can be enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To recover cooling steam without generating pressure loss and thermal stress by using extracted steam from an intermediate stage of a high pressure steam turbine as cooling steam for high temperature cooling part of a gas turbine, and recovering the steam after cooling into a reheater of an exhaust heat recovery boiler. CONSTITUTION:Air is compressed by an air compressor 1 and fed to a combustor 2 as high temperature and high pressure air. Further, the combustion gas is expanded in the gas turbine 3 to generate motive power so as to drive the air compressor 1 and a generator. The combustion gas discharged from the gas turbine 3 is fed to an exhaust heat recovery boiler 5. A cooling steam supply pipe 107 is connected from an intermediate stage of a high pressure steam turbine 19 to a turbine high temperature part 24 of the gas turbine 3 so as to use steam of the intermediate stage of the high pressure steam turbine 19 as gas turbine cooling steam. The cooling steam is passed through the gas turbine high temperature part 24 for heat recovery and then recovered into a middle part 300 of a reheater 16.
