摘要： PURPOSE:To improve bearing characteristic of a thrust collar by producing a divided guard plate of low alloy steel for a thrust collar and fixing it to a pressure face side of said collar for a turbine rotor made of 8-14% chrome steel by means of fixing measures and further joining the divided faces of said plate. CONSTITUTION:A turbine rotor 1 made of chrome steel has two thrust collars 4. A thrust collar guard plate 9 is fixed to a pressure receiving face side of said collar 4 by means of a bolt 10. The guard plate 9 is made of low alloy steel containing chrome, molybdenum, vanadium and the like of excellent bearing characteristic as chief ingredients, and processed after being divided into two parts so as to fit them to the pressure receiving faces of the thrust collar. Further, the guard plate 9 fixed to the thrust collar 4 by means of the bolt 10 is united into one body type guard plate 9 with the other plate through welding each other on their joining faces 12 which are divided faces of the guard plate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To negate heat-bent of rotor material by forcibly generate heat-bent on rotor by means of attaching on fixed position of rotor cylindrical ring which has non-symmetrical heat transmission originated from its mechanical composition itself, and thus giving unequal heat transmission to rotor. CONSTITUTION:At shaft center part 8, at where occurs biggest heat-bent, connect adjusting ring 7 assisted by key way 10 and key 9 agaist outer periphery of rotor 1. Adjusting ring 7 is jointed its divided parts 7A and 7B by bolt 13. In inner periphery of adjusting ring 7, there provided axially destined groove 11 for to get unequal heat transmission to rotor 1, and length, depth and phase of groove are decided by HIT test and/or finite element method. Accordingly there generate heat- bent in a direction to negate heat-bent in rotor material 1 and by this can stabilize rotor 1 from vibration.

摘要： PURPOSE:To relieve stress due to centrifugal force and protect an anti-erosion plate fitted to a moving blade from stress corrosion craking by setting the length of the plate to be not larger than 1/4 of the effective length of the blade. CONSTITUTION:A low-pressure final-stage moving blade comprises an ani-erosion plate 4b welded to the back face on the steam inlet side and on the top side of the moving blade 3 for prevention of erosion due to working steam. The length of the plate 4b is not larger than 1/4 of the effective length of the moving blade 3. This is determined based on the fact that, from the investigation of crack occurrence frequency distribution, cracks occurred mostly in the portion from 1/3 to 1/4 of the effective length and rarely occurred in the portion not larger than 1/4 of the effective length. This arrangement prevents the cracking of the plate 4b and improves safety.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce residual stress because of welding as well as to prevent crack engenderment owing to stress corrosion in such a way that erosion shields are divided and welded by welding metal which has dull sensitivity to the stress corrosion and large extensibility. CONSTITUTION:Dual divided erosion shields 4a, 4b are fixed onto a turbine movable blade 3, welding on the divided faces and around them is done by welding metal 5, such as inconel. Such a fact as to weld with welding metal which has large extensibility and dullness in stress corrosion cracking and sensitivity like said inconel facilitates to reduce residual stress because of welding, and to obviate crack engenderment of the erosion shields.
