CONSTITUTION:A ring 11 is provided at the inside of a sleeve 9. A thin plate 13, whose material is the same as that of the ring 11 and thickness is about 1mm. or less, is stuck to the inner surface of the ring by spot welding and the like. A coating layer 16 comprising a metal coating layer 14 and ceramic coating layer 15, is further provided on the surface of the plate 13. When a stage requiring inspection is reached after usage in an actual machine for a long time under this state, at first, whether the coating layer 16 is exfoliated or not is inspected. At the next stage of inspection, the examination of a metallic parent material is required. In the examination of the ring 11 located in the inside, the protruded part and the like of the thin plate 13, which are provided beforehand, are held by a tool such as a pair of nippers, and the thin plate 13 is removed from the ring 11. The coating layer 16 can be removed simultaneously. Thus the coating layer can be readily removed, the surface of the parent material of the ring 11 appears and the liquid penetrant examination can be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To improve an endurable life of a gas turbine combustor having a fuel nozzle integrally formed therewith by a method wherein a plurality of supports are arranged at an intermediate part in an axial direction of an inner cylinder between the outer cylinder and inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of vibration absorbing supports 18 are arranged at the inner circumference of the outer cylinder 2 in such a way as they may have a specified clearance against the outer circumference of the inner cylinder 3. In this case, the supports 18 are arranged at such positions as the phase in the inner cylinder 3 show a maximum value. With this arrangement, even if the combustion unit is vibrated during its operation, the effect of dampening of vibration can be applied and then the damage of the combustor can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a harmful component in exhaust gas from a turbine when it is partly loaded, by changing a mounting angle of a variable stationary blade in a compressor so that a flow proportion of fuel to air may be controlled to a fixed range. CONSTITUTION:A flow of fuel F fed to a combustor 4 is measured by a detector 7, and its signal 8 is fed to a control device 9. Here a mounting angle control signal 10 for a variable stationary blade 2 provided in an axial compressor 1 is calculated being fed to a variable stationary blade driving gear 3 so that fuel-air ratio F/A may be controlled to a fixed value. In this way, a turbine, even when it is partly loaded, enables a harmful component in exhaust gas to be reduced by controlling the fuel-air ratio within a fixed range.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the combustion property and the reliability of the combustor by a method wherein the flow amounts of primary and secondary air, introduced into a head combustion chamber and a rear combustion chamber, are controlled so as to meet the amounts of primary and secondary fuels to reduce NOx in exhaust gas and restrict generation of CO and unburnt constituent within the wide operating range of the gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:The secondary fuel 49 is injected from a plurality of fuel nozzles 40 toward a secondary air ports 39 opened at a plurality of places and is mixed with secondary air stream 30 to supply it into the rear combustion chamber 11 and form a premixed flame 43. The primary fuel 44 is introduced from a plurality of primary fuel nozzles 46 into the head combustion chamber 7 and forms diluted low-temperature combustion flame 48 under being mixed with the air stream 24 or conditioned primary air stream 47. Adjusting valves 33, 42 are operated so that the flow amount of the primary fuel 44 becomes a constant ratio to air by the change of load by a proportional operator 50 adjusting the ratio of fuel to air. On the other hand, the secondary fuel 49 is introduced with a flow amount meeting the reduced part of the primary fuel 44 and the adjusting valves 41, 32 are operated so that the ratio of fuel to air, in which it is within the range of combustion and not generating CO or unburnt constituents, is obtained.
