    • PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a printing head and accelerate printing action by selecting a dot-like welded part between printing wire and an armature, in a position where a bending stress appearing on the welded part becomes small when the armature is driven by a solenoid. CONSTITUTION:A groove-like recessed part 19 formed by curving a beam part is provided on an end 18a where printing wire 5 of the beam part 18 is fixed. Then the beam part 18 and wire 5 are welded in the form of dots at a point W in a state where one end 5a of the wire 5 is embedded in the recessed part 19. The point W is a central point of the size G of the tip 18a of the beam part. Each part is constituted in such a manner that an axial line along the longitudinal direction of a leaf spring 1, an axial line along the longitudinal direction of the body 17 of an armature, and the axial line of a virtual plane and printing wire which divides the thickness of an armature beam part 18 in two parts at said armature beam part 18, are included in a single virtual plane which is vertical with a paper surface, including an axial line Z-Z.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the speed of working to form contours by heating a cold rolled plate stock made of a magnetic material at a specific temp. for a specific period of time, then exerting compressive force perpendicularly to the plate face to compress the stock to a prescribed thickness, and blanking the stock perpendicularly to the plate plane, thereby forming an armature having the prescribed contours. CONSTITUTION:The cold rolled plate stock 20 consisting of an extremely soft mild steel or soft magnetic material contg. Si is subjected to heating and annealing for 3-5 hours at 800-950 deg.C and is then cut successively to a prescribed length. The compressive force is exerted to the stock 20 of the cut part perpendicularly to the plate plane thereof to form a compression molding 21 which is then blanked at dotted line parts to simultaneously form two pieces of the armatures 22. Printing wires are fixed by welding to a printing head 22b and dot printing is executed by the projecting action of the other end. The compressive force is not exerted to a magnetic path part 22a and the magnetic characteristics thereof are equal to the magnetic characteristics of the stock. The lever part 22b is compressed and work hardening is thereby generated in said part, by which the strength is increased and the printing quality is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a deformed area attending upon fixing a magnetic disk even on a small diametral and thin disk and to widely secure an effective data area and then to enhance the impact resistance of the disk by applying a new fixing structure to a spindle motor for the magnetic disk. CONSTITUTION:Under the state of putting the magnetic disk 4 upon a flange surface 2 by engaging a disk hole 5 of the magnetic disk 4 with a hub 3 to be engaged with a rotary shaft of the spindle motor 1, a lower electrode 11 in electrically conductive contact with a lower surface of the spindle motor 1 and an upper electrode 12 in electrically conductive contact with an upper surface of the magnetic disk 4 are arranged. A positive potential is impressed upon the hub 3 by using a DC power source 13 via the lower electrode 11 and a metal casing of the spindle motor 1. A magnetic potential is also impressed via the upper electrode 12 upon the magnetic disk 4. The magnetic disk 4 is integrally fixed with the hub 3 by forming a sticking part due to an electrostatic joint in a boundary surface between the lower surface of the magnetic disk 4 and the flange surface 2.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a welding joined part having high fatigue strength by irradiating the surface of an armature part by a laser beam with respect to a corner part between the armature and a plate spring and forming a head fillet. CONSTITUTION:At the time of welding an armature 4 and a plate spring which are integrated into a wire dot printer head, first of all, in a state that the armature 4 has been superposed on a free end side of a plate spring lever piece 5b, spot welding is performed to two parts 13 of the opposed surface. Subsequently, fillet welding is executed by irradiating a corner part between the end face of the armature 4 and the upper face of the lever piece 5b by laser beam 15 from a laser device 14. By this welding, a fillet 16 of a hard alloy which has been generated by a reaction of a molten metal of the armature 4 and a chemical component of a plate spring material is formed. In such a way, a welding joined part having high fatigue strength is obtained, and the durability of a printer head whose printing operation is executed at a high speed and repeatedly is raised.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent generation of oil leakage caused by cracks of an armature, and to contrive reduction in manufacturing cost by a method wherein the armature is formed by conducting an upsetting work on a soft steel wire material in which the content of phosphors and sulfur and the ferrite particle size of metal texture are specifically prescribed. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 7 and a compression spring 8 are housed in a cylinder 6 which is formed by drawing brass, and silicon oil is filled up therein. The aperture part of the cylinder 6 is closed by the armature 9 consisting of the large-diameter part 9a, which is brought into contact with the flange 6a of the cylinder 6, and a small-diameter part 9b which is fitted to a body part 6b. The above-mentioned armature 9 is formed by conducting an upsetting work on the soft steel wire material having the content of phosphorus and sulfur of 0.1wt.% respectively, and also having the ferrite particle size of metal texture of 7 to 8. As a result, the oil leakage caused by the cracks of the armature can be eliminated, the working manhours of the armature can be reduced, and the reduction in cost of an oil dashpot can also be achieved.
