    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate parts for exclusive use for fixing printed substrates and lower the cost by projecting stand pieces facing upward from the bottom part side of a case in a side wall side of a case, projecting bosses facing the stand price sides in an inner wall of a cover, and holding the printed substrates between the erected pieces and the bosses. SOLUTION: Erected pieces 52, 53 facing inward are projected in the bottom part side of an insulating case 21 of a non-contact contacting apparatus and bosses 50, 51 facing the erected pieces 52, 53 sides are projected in an inner wall of a cover 20. The tips of the lower parts of the bosses 50, 51 are sharpened and the length of the projected part of the boss 50 is made longer than that of the boss 51. Moreover, the boss 50 is so constituted as to pierce a hole 45A formed in a printed substrate 45 and reach the printed substrate 46 side. The upper end faces of the stand pieces 52, 53 are formed into steps and the printed substrate 46 is mounted on the step faces 52B, 53B and a printed substrate 45 is mounted the step face 52A. With this structure, parts for exclusive use for fixing the printed substrates 45, 46 are not required.

    • PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to provide a printed circuit board for mounting a surge suppressing device within an electromagnetic relay by directly connecting the surge suppressing device to the intermediate parts of coil terminals. CONSTITUTION:An insulating substrate 1 is provided with a notch 13 in the place where coil terminals 12 penetrate, and the intermediate parts of the coil terminals 12 are bared partially. The chip type diode 14 of a surge suppressing device for suppressing surge generated in an operating coil 10 at the switching time of an electromagnetic relay is bridged between the coil terminals 12 and connected directly to them by soldering. The cross-section of the coil terminals 12 is made square to be able to easily connect the diode 14 which is connected in parallel with the operating coil 10 between the coil terminals 12. It becomes thereby possible to contain a surge suppressing device within even a microminiaturized electromagnetic relay and to miniaturize an equipment as well as to make it cheap.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive contactless contactor with small size and ease of assembling by arranging a relay fixture whose one end has a gate lead connection tip of a thyristor and whose other end has a contact being inserted a connecting tip provided to a printed board between the thyristor and the printed board. CONSTITUTION:The relay fixture 90 whose one end has a contact 19 and a press part 94 to a case has a gate lead connection part 92 having a cut and raise chip 91 at the other end and is provided with a pressing part 93 to the case 21. Two relay fixtures 90 per phase are arranged to the upper part of SCRs 4a, 4b in zigzag, the pressing part 94 of the relay fixture 90 is pressed to a slot 21a in the case 21, the pressing part 93 of the gate lead connecting part 92 of the other end is pressed in a hole 21b in the case 21 shown in figure by other relay fixtures 90. Then the gate lead wire 20 is wound to the cut and raise chip 91 of the gate lead connection part 92 of the fixture 90, and the lead wire is soldered.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive bar code reader with simple constitution by making a light receiving lens of a plastic lens with an aspherical lens and providing a band pass filter, which transmits only a light beam from a light source, between the plastic lens and a light receiving means. CONSTITUTION:The light receiving lens guiding light reflected from a bar code to a photodetector 6 consists of the plastic lens 42 with the aspherical lens 421, and the band pass filter 43 transmitting only the light beam from the light source is provided between the plastic lens 42 and the photodetector 6. It is excellent to form a fitting part for fixing to a holder 41 at the plastic lens 42, integrally and furthermore, it is desirable to insert-form a band pass filter 43 at the plastic filter 42. Thereby, the number of members can be reduced to improve assemblability and a cost can be reduced more than a glass lens to obtain the inexpensive bar code reader.
