    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device capable of reducing the operating force to make changeover from the walk-in motion to the tilt-down motion.
      SOLUTION: The vehicle seat device 1 is equipped with a base member 11 fixed to a lower arm 2, a cable link 20 supported rotatably on the base member for performing changeover of the motion, a cable spring 16 with one end fastened to the base member and the other end with the cable link and energizing the cable link so that it is held by the base member, a main link 18 supported rotatably on the base member and functioning as a stopper at the time of walking in, in which the function is made invalid at the time of tilt-down, and a main spring 27 with one end fastened to the main link and the other end with the cable link, energizing the main link 18 at the time of restitution of walking-in so that it 18 is restituted to the walk-in standby condition, and turning the main link interlocking with the cable link resisting the cable spring at the time of tilt-down.

When the rotating angle of the cable link 20 has exceeded the prescribed value, the end part 30b moves along the long hole 20e so that the change amount of the rotating angle of the cable link 20 relative to the pulling amount of the cable 30 reduces.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting workability without enlarging a housing by providing guide rails, a gutter, and a front rail, providing the front rail with a rain gutter portion, overlapping its right and left ends on the front part of the gutter from upside, and communicating the rain gutter portion with the gutter.
