      SOLUTION: The support bracket 21 includes a bulging portion 32 on a lower portion of a base plate 31 that holds a support rubber 24 by a support rod 26. The bulging portion 32 is shaped like a box formed by an upper plate 33 facing the support rubber 24, a pair of side plates 34, 35 that connect with both ends in the width direction of the upper plate 33 and extend downward from the upper plate 33, and a front plate 36 that connects with protruding ends of the upper plate 33 and the side plates 34, 35.
