    • PURPOSE:To prevent a foreign matter from interposing into an inner circumferential surface by eliminating wavy unevenness of the surface by a method wherein concrete is placed within a concrete form by setting a leverlike body to an arrangement position of a reinforcing steel material and the leverlike body is pulled out under a state where the concrete is not solidified. CONSTITUTION:A leverlike body 2 as a concrete form for molding of a sheath part for piercing through a main line of a pillar constituted of a steel pipe possessing a form corresponding to a section of the same sheath is set up to the sheath part in the concrete form 1 for manufacture of a precast concrete pillar member. Then after arrangement of necessary reinforcing iron rods such as reinforcing hoop iron rods have been performed, concrete 4 is placed within the concrete frame 1, the leverlike body 2 is pulled out under a state where the same placed concrete 4 is not solidified and the sheath part is molded. Accuracy of the sheath part can be secured without performing a displacement or a deformation through external force at the time of placement of the concrete, by constituting the leverlike body of a member possessing sufficient strength.

    • PURPOSE:To curtail the cost of an excavator by a method in which a rotary shaft is thrust and projected from a supporting frame, a second supporting arm is pivotally attached to both ends of a first supporting arm pivotally attached to the rotary shaft, and a bit to be driven by the rotary shaft is attached to the outer end of the arm. CONSTITUTION:A center bit 14 is attached to the lower end of a drill pipe 3 set in a well 2, and a first supporting arm 5 is pivotally attached to the upper part of the pipe 3. A second supporting arms 8 and 9 are pivotally attached to both ends of the arm 5 in a bendable manner, and outer ring bits 12 and 13 are attached to the end of the arm 5. At he beginning of excavation, the arms 5, 8, and 9 are bent and the bits 12 and 13 are contacted with the inner wall of the well 2 to excavate the inside ground of the well 2 in conjunction with the center bit 4. When the bits 12 and 13 reach the cutting edge of the well 2, the second arms 8 and 9 are opened, the excavating radius of the bits 12 and 13 is increased, thereby excavating the ground below the cutting edge of the well 2.

    • PURPOSE:To perform rapid sinking and installation of a well caisson, by a method wherein the well caisson is secured to a second support beam, the second beam is engaged with the upper surface of a first support beam to support the well caisson, and the second support beam is disposed to the under surface of the first support beam to press in the well caisson. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a well caisson W is secured to the undersurface of a second support beam 10, the second support beam 10 is engaged with the upper surface of the first support beam 7, and this causes supporting of the well caisson W to a support frame 1. After, with this, a ground in the vicinity of the lower end of the well caisson W is excavated down to a given depth, the second support beam 10 is removed from the well caisson W. After the first support beam 7 is raised by means of a hydraulic jack 8, the second support beam 10 is secured to the well caisson W again, and the first support beam 7 is lowered with the aid of the hydraulic jack 8 to press the well caisson W into a ground. This enables to perform supporting and pressing-in of the well caisson W only through engagement of the second support beam with the first support beam, and permits rapid sinking and installation of the well caisson W.
