摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a concrete tube capable of easily and surely introducing chemical prestress. SOLUTION: The method for manufacture of the concrete tube comprises a process wherein an outer shell 22 of a divided body is arranged in a molding form 3 of the divided body 20 and a concrete skeleton 21 is formed by filling expansive concrete in a space surrounded by the inside molding form 31 and the outer shell 22; a process wherein opposed tip parts of the divided body 20 are linked together with a tendon 5 and the molding form 3 is released; and a process wherein peripheral end parts 27 and 27 of a plurality of the divided bodies 20 and 20 are brought in contact with each other to be integrated, and after molding a cylindrical concrete tube 10, the tendon 5 is removed. By restricting an expanding pressure of the concrete by the outer shell 22, the chemical prestress is introduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for a lined Hume pipe wherein a resin layer is never peeled off from an inner peripheral surface of the Hume pipe. CONSTITUTION:A Hume pipe 1 is centrifugally molded by charging cement milk or the like into a cylindrical rotating drum. Then, an anchor component is charged into the pipe before an inner peripheral surface of the Hume pipe 1 is solidified, and the anchor component 3 is planted on the inner peripheral surface of the Hume pipe 1 by centrifugal force by rotating the drum. The inner peripheral surface of the Hume pipe 1 is coated by a synthetic resin layer 2, and besides the anchor component 3 projected from the inner peripheral surface of the Hume pipe 1 is buried in the synthetic resin layer 2. The synthetic resin layer is firmly bonded onto the inner peripheral surface of the pipe, and the lined Hume pipe which is free from being peeled off can be manufactured.

The bar shape body 1 is introduced to a pattern applying device 3, and a recess and projection pattern 12 is formed on the covering layer 11 on the outside surface of the bar shape body 1 by push-pressing a pattern applying die 31. Afterwards, the covering layer 11 is cured and solidified.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a steel pipe concrete pillar of stable quality having high rigidity by repeating operation such that concrete is injected in a steel pipe to be subjected to centrifugal compaction and the slurry generated on the inner surface of the formed concrete layer is washed off to perform primary ageing and, after demolding, filling a hollow part with mortar. CONSTITUTION:A steel pipe is inserted in a form and a first concrete layer is formed in the steel pipe by centrifugal compaction. At this time since a slurry is generated on the inner peripheral surface of the concrete layer, said slurry is washed off by high pressure water. Next, a second concrete layer is formed. Since the slurry of the first layer is removed, the first and second concrete layers are closely bonded. Again, the inner peripheral surface of the second concrete layer is washed by high pressure water. This operation is repeated if necessary to form a plurality of concrete layers. After primary ageing, the steel pipe is demolded and the hollow part at the center part of the steel pipe is filled with mortar. The hollow part may be reduced to the necessary min. size without being filled with mortar.
