Therein, a base weight of the nonwoven fabric on an outer surface to be impregnated with mortar is made to be lesser than the base weight of the nonwoven fabric on the inner surface non-impregnated with mortar.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate having an incombustible property and excelling in surface smoothness, appearance, water resistance, weather resistance and handleability. SOLUTION: The decorative plate is formed by applying impregnation sealer treatment 104 on one side of a fiber reinforced cement plate 102, and forming a surfacer coating film 106, an enamel coating film 108 and a clear coating film 110 on the treated surface. The decorative plate fulfills the following conditions (1)-(3): (1) the fiber reinforced cement plate has a thickness of 3-6.5 mm, an apparent density of 1.4-1.8 g/cm 3 , and the content ratio of pulp which is reinforcing fiber being 5-8 mass%, (2) the sum total of organic solid contents contained in components of the impregnation sealer, components of the surfacer coating film, components of the enamel coating film and components of the clear coating film is 63-130 g per unit area (m 2 ) of the fiber reinforced cement plate, and (3) the heating value of the decorative plate is 8 MJ/m 2 or less.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh woven fabric having algicidal and mildewproofing actions by using it for reinforcing mortar or concrete or preventing extension of cracks, and to provide a composite construct for buildings produced from the mesh woven fabric, hardly causing structural defects in relation to mechanical strength over a long period of time after execution of work, and hardly growing molds, algae, or the like.
      SOLUTION: The mesh woven fabric includes glass fibers having the surface coated with a resin, and woven into a mesh state, and further a mildewproofing agent applied thereto. The pick-up ratio of the mildewproofing agent is preferably 0.05-1.5% in mass percentage representation. The mesh woven fabric is the composite construct for the buildings in which the mesh woven fabric is laid onto a mortar layer. In the composite construct for the buildings, the mesh woven fabric is applied to the surface of the composite construct or embedded in the mortar layer having the thickness of cover.
