    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restraining device capable of predicting and detecting the rolling of a vehicle, and restraining an occupant to a seat, while improving amenity of the occupant.
      SOLUTION: This occupant restraining device 10 is provided with a seat belt 91 capable of restraining an occupant P seated on a seat 26 of a vehicle M to the seat 26, a rolling predicting and detecting device 20 to predict rolling of the vehicle M, and detect rolling of the vehicle M, a first and a second pretensioner devices 50 and 60 to provide tension to the seat belt 91 to restrain the occupant P, and a control device 70 to actuate the first pretensioner device 50 based on prediction of rolling, and actuate the second pretensioner device 60 based on detection of rolling. Actuation force of the second pretensioner device 60 is stronger than actuation force of the first pretensioner device 50.
