SOLUTION: An amount of cooling liquid injected to an inner part of the air bag is determined in accordance with information of the passenger obtained through a weight sensor 32, a seat position sensor 33, a position detecting camera 34 and a buckle switch 35 and a level of collision decided in accordance with an acceleration sensor 31. Then, the cooling liquid of the determined amount is injected to the inner part of the expanded air bag.
