    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drop of operating fluid pressure by maintaining oiltightness at a connecting face of an operating fluid supply line in an internal combustion engine using a cylinder head cover made of resin and mounted with oil control valves (OCVs) for supplying the operating fluid to a valve timing adjusting mechanism.
      SOLUTION: A connecting body 6 is integrated along the plate face of a cylinder head cover body 4 made of resin, to connect the OCVs 8, 10 to each other. The OCVs 8, 10 are thereby maintained firmly on the positions on the cylinder head cover body 4. Moreover, since the connecting body 6 is formed of a metallic material, rigidity of the cylinder head cover 2 made of resin can be enhanced to suppress deformation caused by a temperature change and an internal pressure change, particularly deformation around the mounted positions of the OCVs 8, 10. Consequently, oiltightness of the connecting face between the operating fluid supply line in the cylinder head cover body 4 and an operating fluid supply line on the cylinder head side for connection to ports of the OCVs 8, 10 is maintained to a high degree.
