    • The present invention provides a portable media player (100), such as a portable DVD player. The portable media player (100) has a clamshell type design, including a base portion (106) and an openable cover portion (104). The openable cover portion (104) includes a display screen (102), such as an LCD display screen (102). The player (100) may include a single-hinge stand (306, 308) attached to an outer surface of the base portion (106) so that DVDs may be viewed with the player (100) positioned to stand upright or partially upright. The player (100) may alternatively or additionally include an optionally attachable dual hinge stand (1106, 1 128) having a base including a battery.

    • The embodiments of the present invention provide clock signal transfer methods in a communication network system and the communication network system thereof, wherein one of the methods includes the following steps: a second communication device receives a first channel associated clock signal sent from a first communication device and regards the signal as a reception clock signal of the second communication device (101); the second communication device acquires a transmission clock signal of the second communication device according to the reception clock signal of the second communication device (102); the second communication device transmits the data carrying the transmission clock signal of the second communication device to a third communication device (103). The embodiments of the present invention can ensure that the data transmission of two communication nodes which communicate with each other refers to the same clock source, and thereby solve the problem that the disaffinity of the clock source of each communication device results in the frequency deviation of inner communication devices of a receiver communication node. The transmission rate of the inner communication devices of the receiver communication node can be made to match with each other, the package loss phenomenon is avoided, and thus the transmission reliability is improved.
