摘要： The present invention relates to a data analysis technique for an electronic civil complaint board, and a method for analyzing the data of the electronic civil complaint board, according to the disclosed technique, is executed by a data analysis server of the electronic civil complaint board, which can be connected to a data base engine for saving data (hereinafter "static data") that is statically built based on information on a complainant to the board and the corresponding post, and a data mining engine for generating data (hereinafter "dynamic data") that is mined by dynamically executing data mining with respect to the pertinent post.
